We had an issue with Car hire at the airport and got a taxi to the villa. Taxi driver got lost so we had a bit of a scenic route, which was nice, albeit late at night. Upon arrival, the villa was immaculate. When we walked in, we were all like "Wow, this is beautiful" As it was late we literally dropped our bags and went to bed. Next day we hit the pool which although is small, is perfect for what you need which is a cooling off in the hot sun. The kitchen is spotless and has all the amenities you need should you wish to do some self catering. There was literally nothing we could fault about this place at all. The cock-a-doodle-do at 5am however from a neighbouring villa could do with a shotgun, but actually even that wasnt bad at all. All in all we cant wait to go back.

The villa lives up to the descriptions and the photos. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the welcome pack provided by David the property manager was excellent...just what was needed after a long journey! Jam, eggs, cheese, ham, water, bread, tea bags, snacks, croissants, biscuits...plenty for a bite to eat after a late arrival and for breakfast the following morning! The location is great with good views and is close to the village centre where there is a shop and places to eat. Olivio's restaurant is recommended. It is also only a short drive from Paphos airport. A car is needed despite there being bus services to explore the local area, with Paphos only 15 minutes away and other small towns and villages within easy reach. The villa is spacious and comfortable and is quite well equipped with furniture and all that you'd need. The bedrooms are really nice with loads of storage space, and the balcony is a lovely place to sit watching the sun go down!! The pool was beautifully clean and kept that way by David, who certainly knows his stuff! He lives in the village and is on hand should any problems arise. He came twice during our 10 day stay to make sure all was well. He's a really nice guy who seems happy to be of help! Paul, the owner replies promptly to any enquiries and sent useful information and directions prior to our departure from the UK. He also allowed us to stay until 8pm on our final day (10pm flight) which was a nice touch and much appreciated. All in all, this place represents great value for money. You could pay a lot more for properties of the same size in Cyprus, and other parts of the Med. We had a great time and would recommend it very highly.

It was our family holiday with 2 teenagers. So much space inside and out ! A great location from where to explore the island. Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped ( a dishwasher would complete it !) Would visit again as a great get away !

What can I say this 2 bed house was magnificent all you could ask for. Quiet and peaceful no screaming kids for a change,just rest and relaxation. Must admit touch too hot and car needed which wasnt a problem. It was a different holiday as we saw and arranged quite a lot of days out.so we are planning on renting this house for 2020 for a wedding in the next village,all I can say is 10 out 10.

We are just returning home now from this lovely villa in the sun. Myself, husband and 2 teenagers cannot fault this villa, it was spotless on arrival, also very bright and spacious. The directions from Paul are perfect and it is only a very easy ten minutes from the airport.There are a couple of things that are outwith the owners control like dogs barking through the night, both neighbours have dogs and there seems to be a lot in the surrounding area also cockerels crowing..with the heat in the room i struggled to sleep a bit, even with the standard fan on(dont use AC during the night) so i could hear everything.We found it rather expensive to eat out compared to our usual Spain, also the supermarkets, we tried a few but they were all about the same, the one at the bottom of the road(across the motorway) was not bad..good choice and bakers in it. You definately need a car though description says you dont.We hired one at the last minute and were so glad we did as you cant even get to the supermarket without it and in the blistering heat i wouldnt even attempt it, also if you want to see the island its good to have a car, we used Elephant car hire and it was really good. The villa had great wifi for the kids but not great tv channels for later at night, description says satelite tv but they are mostly foreign. I can recommend the Cork n Bottle and Olivio's restaurant is a 3min walk away and Manzanillo restaurant in Kissonegra was amazing..also the Cypriot Taverna(Leptos) at the bottom of Timi on the main road was very tasty and reasonable we just used it on the last night and realised we should have went there sooner. Anarita is more rural than i realised it would be but we wanted to relax for 2 weeks by the pool in the sunshine and thats exactly what we did..we had a lovely relaxing time and i would highly recommend this villa.Thanks again Paul.

We stayed at this lovely villa in the village of Anarita at the end of October. Its a great size and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. 3 really good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The weather was still lovely at this time of year although gets cooler in the evenings. Our children even used the pool although it was too cold for the adults. I imagine its lovely to cool off in the summer! There are a few local restaurants and bars and you are not too far from Paphos - its about a 20 min drive. Its quite close to the airport too which means we didn't feel we had to rush to get there on our way back. As no-one was following us, the owners let us stay on until we need to leave to catch our flight home, which was a nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble from the owners and the communication was really good along with lots of local hints and tips for places to eat and drink. I'd definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday or quiet getaway Looking forward to making our next visit!

The villa is in a nice quiet spot which suited us perfectly. It was absolutely spotless and has everything you need. It is under a 5 minute walk into the village where there are a few restaurants. You definitely need a car to venture further and there is a bus service that runs from the village - route 601 but they don't run very late. I would highly recommend the villa, spotless, well equipped and we had a brilliant time. Thank you!

The villa is fab - it's spotlessly clean, a good size and in a great location - just set back high enough to benefit from a slight breeze. Our 6 year old absolutely loved the pool and spent most days splashing around in it. It was well maintained and cleaned twice during our weekly stay. The pool temperature was perfect and great for cooling down in. On that note, the air con was also a real plus point. And the kids really appreciated the Wi-Fi! We enjoyed exploring the local area and meeting the locals, who were very friendly and delighted with our efforts to greet them in Greek! Anarita itself is only a 5 min walk from the villa and has a good mix of bars and a nice selection of restaurants – unusual for such a small village. Further afield there are some more great little restaurants and tavernas hidden away, within a short 5 to 10 min drive of the villa. Well worth exploring! I would highly recommend this villa – It's pleasant, quiet and relaxing and offers a great base from which to explore the surrounding areas. Paphos is only a short car journey away, it's close to the airport and it has some wonderful beaches nearby. Paul, the owner kept us well informed and provided lots of great tips on where to visit etc. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to visit again soon!

One of three villas, of which two are residential homes. The villa has everything that you need for an excellent holiday. The pool isn't very deep, but can be very cold. There is only a low wall between this villa and next door, but to be honest we hardly ever saw the neighbours. The only down side we found was that there isn't the option for a welcome pack. We didn't arrive until late at night and the first thing we had to do was find somewhere to buy the essentials. Apart from that, it was a great villa. There are a couple of great restaurants in the village and a local bar called Mike's where the expats gather and have a fantastic time.

This is now my third stay in this villa and again I have nothing but praise. Paul the owner is always at the end of the phone or email for help and advice and is very knowledgeable about the local area. The villa again was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. The description of the property is very accurate and directions are easy to follow. The village is lovely and unspoilt, with a couple of bars and restaurants in the centre along with a small supermarket. I totally recommend this villa if you want a nice peaceful holiday, with a pool to yourself and lovely views, and with the airport only 10 minutes away and also Paphos with all its attractions if required just an easy 15 minute drive.
