Gobsmacked with How great this place is.
3 months ago I was looking for somewhere to stay in Cyprus. I spent weeks looking. First half my stay in cyprus was more towards Agia Napa, and my second stay was this lovely Villa.
As my wife and I had just got married, and stayed in a very good 5 * Hotel, we wanted somewhere which felt like home, quiet, but not too far from a larger town (well that was the task set by my wife) for our HoneyMoon. When I saw the prices of places, i started to worry can I get a decent place with my budget. I Saw alot of of rubbish apartments for my budget. Weeks of searching I came across this place. First I thought the price must be wrong, then a few other things came to mind, especially after there was a program about villas on TV. Anyway I bit the bullet and booked the villa.
On the 19th after a perfect wedding It came to going to the villa. When I arrived I was amazed with how clean this place was. Everything was fresh and like new. Its a nice size property on the outside. Has a space for parking a car, and a wonderful clean pool. A table with a big umbrella 4 sun loungers etc. Inside you are greeted by a large front room with a nice sized kitchen on the side. Also is a toilet on the same floor. Up the wonderful staircase is 3 good size bedrooms which the pictures don't do justice. ~The double bed is the best I have slept in abroad. The bathrooms upstairs were great too, very clean. I was so sad to leave this place behind, and our lovely trips to Olivos restaurant was just a few min walk. I recommend this place to everyone. I will use Paul again. Thank you!

Fabulous villa!!!!
Just returned from this beautiful villa,on arrival everything is spotlessly clean,modern and looked stylish.The bedrooms are large and light with a great view across to the sea.Although the villa is about 6km from Paphos airport aircraft noise can't be heard.
The pool is nice but a bit too cold this time of year as the sun does not bathe the patio until about 10.30am,we had a few dips later on in the day though.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal..pans,utensils etc,maybe a welcome pack would of been a nice option as we didn't arrive at the villa till around 21.30,then had to drive into Paphos to find a shop for milk etc.
Anarita is a lovely rural village with a couple of bars and a few restaurants,perfect for us.
Car hire is a essential as taxi fares will mount up,around 25 euro we paid one night from Paphos town...yet car hire is very reasonable 140 euro for the week airport pick up and drop off,very smooth no problems at all.
I would highly recommend villa Anarita,the owner replied quickly and satisfactory to any of my concerns.Great holiday,reasonably priced,Greaaaaaat villa :)

Fabulous Villa, beautuful village and friendly locals made us feel so welcome
We stayed for a week in September. On arrival we were so impressed with the luxury and cleanliness of the villa, everything was spotless including the pool and outside areas, with the added bonus of a sea view. Heaven! The villa was so well equipped with quality furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your stay.
The village was beautiful and in a great location to visit the sights of Cyprus. The local people were so pleasant and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel so welcome, we didn't need to travel far to enjoy ourselves.
Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely go back. In short we hit the jackpot with this one.

Peace & Relaxation
If it's peace and quiet you're after away from the busy resort centres then this villa is the ideal base.
The property itself is modern, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. The 3 bedrooms are a good size with the master boasting an en-suite. I stayed in the master bedroom which has ample wardrobe space and a balcony however did find the en-suite a bit of a squeeze. The kitchen is well equiped and the lounge/dining area spacious & comfortable.
Outside the pool area is clean and quite spacious with the pool itself being a good size for those cool down moments.
The location of the villa is a short walk to the village which is quiet. I must however recommend Jo's Diner which served some of the best food I've ever had at home or abroad.
If however you want to venture further afield I would recommend hiring a car as the surrounding villages and Paphos itelf are out of walking distance.
The only negative thing that happened was that we experienced a running battle with some local dogs that seemed to take exeption to us walking past their property. They were quite agressive and the owners did not seem bothered in the slightest.
I would also mention that there seemed to be another plot being cleared ready for building very close to the villa, so I would check with the owner on this before booking.
Overall though a very, very relaxing stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone searching for that get away from it all holiday.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth-amazing!
I booked to stay with two other friends for a week in May, we had booked a week to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. We rented a car for the week which is a must when staying in the real rustic Cyprus. Driving was easy and villa only 5 minutes away from Paphos airport non of that shuttle bus cattle herding for us on this occasion. The villa is set in the lovely village of Anarita with a few tavernas and authentic bars. Villa fantastic, modern, spacious, fantastically clean and roomy. Pool and lounges perfect. You are not over looked by any buildings just lovely countryside and also sea view stunning. This place is a must if your even thinking about going to Cyprus a hidden gem. We can't wait to go back!

Simply Perfect
Most relaxing holiday ever. Ten mins drive from paphos airport. Villa was amazing. Spacious and extremely clean. Modern inside, beautifully decorated. Secluded and peaceful. Few mins walk to village. Few restaurants and bars. Food excellent and extremely reasonably priced. Locals very friendly. Few villages close by again very friendly. Car hire necessary if looking to explore further than anarita. Beautiful beach bar close by with amazing views and overlooks quiet shingle beach, staff loan sunbeds too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Another Amazing Holiday at this fantastic villa!
I stayed at this villa in May 2015 for a friends 50th birthday celebration. We had such a fantastic time last year that we booked again for the same time this year as another friend was due to turn 50 also. We were not disappointed the villa looks as new as ever. Spotlessly clean and extremely relaxing and peaceful in a lovely village. This was the first time we eat at Jo's Diner in Anarita Village and the food was the best I've tasted in Cyprus. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Brilliant
This was my first time in a villa and it could not have been better. From the first enquiry with Paul the owner I felt very comfortable and every question I had was answered very quickly with clear answers. I arrived at the villa following the very concise instructions from Paul and soon realised what a gem this villa is. It was spotlessly clean and ready for my stay. Inside there are very clear instructions for how things work like the a/c and satellite tv. The main bedroom is very big and there is ample wardrobe space, the bed was all made up ready. There is an en-suite with shower, toilet and sink which was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom next door to the bedroom and with a bath and shower over. There is 2 further twin bedrooms upstairs. The air con worked very well and soon cooled the rooms down as needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is wifi which I found to be very good, and satellite tv with many channels. Outside there is a nice sized pool with plenty of loungers and chairs for lazing around the pool area. The view from the pool area is excellent, with fields then to the sea in the distance, and from the main bedroom balcony the view is further enhanced. There is covered car parking next to the villa which helps to keep the car cool in the day time sun. The lovely village centre is only a 5 minute walk away with some nice restaurants and a couple of bars and a supermarket for the basic essentials. I can not praise this excellent villa and owner enough, it was an absolutely brilliant, peaceful and relaxing holiday and so much so I have booked it again for later in the year, I highly recommend it to anyone, and the description and details reflect the property exactly.

Fab Family Holiday
The first thing we noticed on arrival was how spotlessly clean the villa was . The beds are really comfortable with good quality pillows and linen . This is not a place for party people it's lovely and quiet around there and we loved that , away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos .Paul the owner was brilliant at communication before we arrived and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and answered questions very quickly
Our only criticism is we were expecting a bbq , the temperature was 38° while we were there and we didn't expect to be cooking inside , we wanted to be outside . As much as the kitchen was well equipped we are a family of 5 and only one tray for the oven wasn't enough and the grill rack was missing as well. These were just small niggles , we had a fabulous holiday and love the location and would highly recommend this villa . Also the couple at Kanali Supermarket in Timi were really helpful and very friendly ,much better shop than the village shop , more choice .

An absolute Gem....
What a gorgeous villa this is!... It's in the perfect spot to wind down and chill out from everyday stresses and strains of a busy lifestyle... It's very private from the surrounding property's but close to the restaurant's in the village within a 5 minute walk although a car is essential as the only shop in the village has very old stock and nothing worth buying. The villa it's self was exceptionally clean and very well kept. The air con was very welcome in the heat and very powerful. The pool was an essential part of the reason for booking and we were very grateful for it in the stifling heat. There is a guy who cleans it twice a week so it's kept very clean . I would recommend this little Gem to anyone and would definitely visit again.

Anarita village is 10 mins drive from Paphos airport , Its also just 5 mins off the main motorway linking east to west , we are situated in a quiet cul de sac 300 metres from village centre, If you see the village church you are only 300 metres from the villa. Look for a sign Kouroushi Villas and we are at the end of that road in a cul de sac , the middle villa with satelite dish in garden.
