1936 was build in the interwar period and was just recently fully renovated to become modern, artistic, practical and comfortable. The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-floor building. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with balcony, a kitchen with a large dining table and a small but picturesque bathroom. The apartment is very sunny from early in the morning until sunset. It features views to the old port of Kavala that hosts old traditional fishing boats and sailing boats and to the aqueduct of the old city (Camares) an emblematic spot of Kavala.

Perfectly renovated!
The apartment is very conveniently located in the centre of Kavala, practically it is on the crossroad of every important street of the city. The apartment has a dedicated entrance from the street, very easily accessible. It has a double view to both the sea and the old aqueduct, creating a very pleasant living space inside.
The house has been renovated in an excellent way. A great set of original art deco furniture is there, bed, wardrobe and side tables, recreating an very unique, ‘old school’ atmosphere. It is really pleasant to see this level of sensitivity invested in this apartment by its owners. All facilities are offered and special care has been given to the old building’s details.
I had a great stay there with my family and I would obviously go there again!
