Villa Evi is a three-floor stone made villa. It is distinguished by its yellow shades and can accommodate 10 people. The house is spacious, with 2 big kitchens (one at ground floor and the other on the 1st floor), 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of each on every floor. It is fully equipped and furnished with exceptional and unique style. Enjoy your drinks and meals on its balconies, mesmerized by the Ionian Sea view. At the exterior grounds you will find a private jet stream system, a swimming pool, a shower, BBQ and parking space. Catch the sun rising from the sea and enjoy the early birds chirping!

Fantastic!
What a gem! The location, the view (really hard to beat!!), the pool, the villa - everything was great!
But what made our stay tryly ++FANTASTIC++ was Evi, our host. Every recommendation she made was spot-on - beaches, restaurants, places to visit, boat hire, everything.
If you're looking for a worry-free stay at Zakynthos, you have found it!
Can't recommend enough!

Traditional Greek home with amazing sea views
We read about these villas online while doing research for our honeymoon. When we saw the Little House, we fell in love and attempted to book only to find a minimum night stay that didn't align with our schedule, but we reached out to the owner who accommodated us for our dates!
Upon check-in, they gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon! They were incredibly nice and lived up the road in case we needed anything.
The view from the house was spectacular - it looked straight out into the sea with no obstructions which made for some amazing sunrises. The house itself was the most adorable little home with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and an upstairs loft. It was the most home-y feeling place we stayed our entire trip!
It's right between some of the best beaches and restaurants as well!

Stunning villa in lovely location
We stayed in Villa Evi for a week in August. This is a family run small group of villas on a hillside overlooking the sea. We loved the villa. It was pure luxury, clean and home from home. The Wifi was great which pleased my teenage son and his friend. The pool was great with loads of loungers and views of the sea. We all loved the double outside swinging bed! You can walk to several really nice tavernas. This is up a steep though short drive and then onto a fairly busy road with no pavement but really wasn't a problem. Would advise a torch though. A car is pretty essential and you can then make the most of some gorgeous beaches. The details for the villas say that you are close to a beach. This is a slight exaggeration. You need to walk down a very steep fairly long track which means a very difficult walk back up! And at the end of it there isn't a beach. There is a small rocky area where you could get into the sea but you would need beach shoes. The family have put some sun loungers at the bottom of the track and they say this is a work in progress. It is lovely and peaceful down there if you can cope with the walk. But this is the only downside of this lovely villa. Be aware that the accommodation is spread over 3 levels and the lower level is independent of the other 2. This suited us really well as I was on the middle floor with a lovely double room and a bathroom and then above me my son and his friend had a twin room and a massive living area with a big double futon sofa and then my friend had some independence on the lower floor which you have to access by going outside and down some steps. I would really recommend this villa. The family live in one of the villas and were really helpful.

Amazing villas with a beautiful view
We are a family ouf four, and we rented the "Athina" appartment four our 18-day vacation on the Zakynthos island. The appartment is located on the ground floor of the first villa, and has a private yard and swimming pool. Even though it's a complex of three villas, the layout allowed us privacy, and we really enjoyed spending time on the patio and the pool.
The owner was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure all our needs were met. On top of that, since we were staying closest to the owner of the villas, we got some special treatment - on three separate occasions we were treated to delicious homemade greek pitas, and on one occasion we got a small greek traditional food platter with some tsipouro on the side.
All in all, the stay at Zakynthos Villas made our vacation in Zakynthos a very memorable experience that we will always fondly remember.

Private pocket of paradise!!!
This is probably the best accommodation we've ever stayed in, it will be hard to holiday in any hotel after this taste of luxury!
We stayed in apartment Athina which was a 2 bed property with a patio with an entire private pool! Everything was in impeccable condition and the decor was beautiful and really well executed, and there was everything you could possible need in the house (kitchen ware, cooking utensils, TV/games console, CD player etc.)
It truly felt like "home" and our time there was thoroughly enjoyable.
The house was nice and cool inside, and outside was bathed in sunlight for most of the day - with the exception of the patio, and under the parasols!
The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, you don't feel you are imposing but more like neighbours. It was very relaxed.
We are still glowing from such an amazing holiday and will certainly be returning as soon as we can!
I can also mention that the beach is close by, and a supermarket and a few local Tavernas. But honestly, this review is to boast about the villa itself because it's deserved! :)

Highly Recommended
Great location not too far from town, but far enough that you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely view - even better than the pictures. The villas are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor space is gorgeous - pools and landscaping are well maintained. But the real gem is the owner. What a delight - she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. And a great cook! For a very reasonable cost, she will cook delicious meals for you. Or you can cook your own meals, or walk up the hill to a very good restaurant with a fabulous view. She and her son were extremely helpful when one of our group had a medical problem and needed urgent care. I feel like I have a friend in Greece, and will definitely stay here if I am ever able to return to Zakynthos. I absolutely recommend this place.

Paradise!
What a wonderful holiday we had at Villa Yiannis! The villa is in such a stunning spot with the back drop of the sea. We spent time relaxing on sunloungers, dipping into the pool and watching boats pass by in the distance with only the sound of crickets in the backfround. The villa was spotless, well equipped and wonderfully rustic. The road down to the villa itself was a bit of a challenge with our clapped out old car but coming from Devon we're used to off road :-)
The owners were so friendly and approachable and we received a warm welcome. We'd explored the area once before 18 years ago and coming back, this time with 2 children in tow, didn't disappoint.
We would definitely book here again and have already recommended it to friends.
Idyllic and perfect in every way.

Amazing place in a very quiet area
The owner is really nice. Communication via email with Athena was excellent. Her mother lives upstairs and we haven't even noticed them. Only when they came down to offer us homemade cookies and wine.
The house is very nice and the private pool was lovely. During the day the house does give some shade to the pool for 2-3 hours, but there is always a part of the pool in the sun. The garden is always in the sun. It is actually nice that you can choose between shade and sun as this is necessary in Greece. The area is quiet and great for relaxation. We would love to come back one day. Thank you!

Misschien wel de beste villa op zakynthos
Wat een prachtige villa ! Wij zijn hier met max 9 mensen verbleven ! Lange luie avonden aan het zwembad . Het huis bestaat uit 3 verdiepingen met op 2 een keuken en living .. de derde verdieping is verbonden aan de 2 de dmv een trap . Daar kun je met 5 slapen mocht het nodig zijn ( klein /Lief balkon met prachtig uitzicht) verdieping 1=begane grond .. deze is los van de andere verdiepingen ! Dus voor wie het wil een beetje meer privacy ! Ligging van het huis is even wennen ..via een stijl weg naar beneden vlakbij de zee! Voor strand kun je zo naar diverse stranden dichtbij ( 9 min per auto) luchthaven 12 min / zakynthos stad 10 min /argassi 8 min. 2x per week wisseling handdoeken en andere schoonmaak werkzaamheden! De eigenaars wonen op 100 m afstand en zullen echt alles doen om het een onvergetelijke vakantie maken ( bellen reserveringen restaurant /boot verhuur /auto verhuur ) kortom prijs kwaliteit / villa afstand beaches 10 / villa supermarketen 10

Amazing Views!
I stayed here for 2 nights to review the place and it was fantastic! Athina was a Great host and i highly recommend this place! The greater area of Vasilikos is probably the nicest on the island and these villas fit in the scenery amazingly.

How to get there
Access to villas Zakynthos is very easy. Take the seaside road which connects the capital of Zakynthos with Vassilikos through Argasi. On your way and after a 3klm distance from Argasi and Loggo of Agiou (forest area), you find a plateau with advertising billboards. Take the left private road (50 meters along) and go straight another 100 meter. On your right you’ll see Villa Evi with the yellow shades.
