ASTYPALEA VILLAS A newly built complex of traditionally built villas, each having its own bright color in doors and windows (ciel house, pink house, yellow house, light green house, green house and blue house) just 250 meters from the busy beach of Livadi, where one can easily go by foot, to either relax under the rich sun, or find anything one may need from local taverns, to all kinds of shops. From here access to all areas of the island is available. The complex, even if so close to the beach, offers peace and quiet time to relax under the Mediterranean sun, with a wonderful view of the city, clear from winds and city sounds. Feel better than home with your family having your own private garden, terrace, and parking space.

New modern house
Very friendly atmosphere, nice garden, close to the most beautiful beach in Astypalea. I would certainly recommended for families and GROUP of friends.

Καλή επιλογή για οικογένεια, ευχάριστο και καθαρό περιβάλλον.
Πρόκειται για ευρύχωρη μεζονέτα για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων, καθαρή, με απαλά χρώματα που σου δημιουργούν ευχάριστη αίσθηση διαμονής. Μας υποδέχθηκε η ιδιοκτήτρια, μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για το νησί πάντα με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον. Στο πλαίσιο του καλωσορίσματος είχε καλούδια για πρωινό.

ΑΞΕΧΑΣΤΕΣ ΔΙΑΚΟΠΕΣ
Πολύ όμορφα και άνετα διαμερίσματα με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και άνετο ιδιωτικό κήπο σε πολύ καλή τιμή. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με άνετο μπάνιο, άφθονο ζεστό νερό, κλιματισμό και όλα τα παραλειπόμενα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι μια εξαιρετική κυρία πολύ φιλική με τέλια συνεννόηση και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι λίγα μέτρα από την παραλία σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλων και η περιοχή ενδείκνυται για ήσυχες διακοπές μακριά από την πολυκοσμία. Ελπίζω να μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία να επισπευτούμε και πάλι αυτό το μαγευτικό νησί, όσο για διαμέρισμα νομίζω ότι δεν χρειάζεται να ψάξω κάτι καινούργιο. Η εξυπηρέτηση που είχαμε πραγματικά μας σκλάβωσε.

Από τις ποιο όμορφες διακοπές που έχω κάνει.
Το περιβάλλον και το σημείο όπου βρίσκετε το συγκρότημα είναι απίστευτο .
Είναι καινούργιες εγκαταστάσεις συγκρότημα με ανεξάρτητες μεζονέτες με χαρούμενα χρώματα με προσωπικό κήπο και βεράντα ,, άνετοι χώροι με όλες τις ανέσεις, καθαριότητα πάρα πολύ καλή και μέχρι προσωπικό γκαράζ για το αυτοκίνητο μου έχει. Στις εγκαταστάσεις έχει ηρεμία μακριά από το άγχος της Αθήνας.
Η ιδιοκτήτρια κ’ Αγγελική καταπληκτική και πολύ φιλόξενη .
Το νησί γραφικό οικονομικό και πολύ όμορφο. Η θάλασσα καταπληκτική πας με τα πόδια
Σίγουρα θα ξανάπαω και φέτος , είναι από τις διακοπές που χρειάζομαι .

ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ
Για τις διακοπές μας επιθυμούσαμε έναν ήσυχο, άνετο, καθαρό, καλαίσθητο και φιλικό χώρο και τον βρήκαμε στο Astypalea Villas της Αγγελικής Κοκκίνου, στο υπέροχο νησί της Αστυπάλαιας. Τα σπίτια, αυτόνομοι χώροι, βρίσκονται 150 μέτρα από την παραλία «Λιβάδια», μια από τις ωραιότερες του νησιού, με πολλές σκιές από αρμυρίκια και όμορφα ταβερνάκια πάνω στο κύμα. Τα σπίτια είναι πεντακάθαρα, μεγάλα και ηλιόλουστα, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα, κλιματισμό, Wi-Fi, με δικό τους κήπο, ανάμεσα στον κατάφυτο περιβάλλοντα χώρο, και parking σκεπαστό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένα για να φτιάξεις το πρωινό σου, το γεύμα ή το δείπνο. Η Αγγελική με φιλική διάθεση ανταποκρίνεται σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Είναι πραγματικά ένας προορισμός που εγγυάται την ποιότητα σε συνδυασμό με τη φιλοξενία και όλα αυτά προσφέρονται -στις δύσκολες οικονομικές συγκυρίες που ζούμε- σε προσιτή τιμή. Ανεπιφύλακτα το συστήνουμε για ξεκούραστες διακοπές.

εξαιρετική διαμονή
εξαιρετικό, φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. Εξαιρετικές παροχές και ατμόσφαιρα. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στη παραλία στο Λιβάδι, σε εστιατόρια και παντοπωλεία.
