Great vacation in very nice villa
This was a fantastic experience in Paros. Villa is a very short drive from Aliki - a very pleasant village with a real family-like atmosphere; a welcome change from the busy activity of Naoussa in these times of COVID-19. Villa is within a group of 4 others over the hills with a fantastic view over the Aegean see (great for sunset drinks). Nice private swimming pool, super clean villa which looks like new, ideal for a family of 4. Arsenis - who also run the same name hotel in Aliki - is the best host you can imagine providing useful tips in terms of activities as well as many small attentions during our stay: we really felt welcome! So highly recommended.

Mr
A perfect getaway. Arsenis was a wonderful host who introduced us to our villa, organised transport to and from the airport and organised a rental car. The villa is perfect. Quiet, fantastic views, private pool and all the fittings one needs. A fully appointed kitchen if you want it, air conditioning if you don’t like the heat. The pool is perfect for cooling off. There is a nice shade area if you want to avoid the sun. The villa is about a 15 minute walk down hill to Aliki town where there is a wide range of restaurants, a couple of supermarkets, a car rental and a sandy beach We had the most wonderful stay and would go back in a snap.

Exceptional in every way
My wife and I booked to stay here for 1 month. (2 bed) It is a beautiful villa, with a fantastic pool and beautiful views. waking up to the panoramic vista below, and having dinner watching the stunning sunsets, would qualify this place for 6 stars. The owner (Arsenis) is a lovely, helpful, man and we did get an invite to have dinner with him and his family, as have other guests. Unfortunately my wife fell and broke her wrist in our third week and we feared that what had started an idyllic trip was turning into a nightmare. This is where Arsenis really showed his true colours: he took over the situation; becoming translator and ambulance all in one. My wife received temporary treatment and we stayed a further week before returning to the UK. If you’re looking for a fabulous Villa just outside (15min, scenic, walk) a lovely, small port/town, with tremendous restaurants and beaches, look no further.

Dreamy place
A lovely place and a very helpful and friendly, chilled-out owner! Thank you for the extra blankets and towels! :) Everything was smooth and easy. Arsenis also arranged, upon our arrival to Parikia, 2 cars for us to rent, which was really sweet! The villas (we had 2) were very Greek-style, with grapes hanging from a terrace and a beautiful pool. The best part is the 180 (and even more) degree view of the sea and Antiparos, right from the pool. A magnificent starry sky at night... A silence that can never be heard anywhere else.... Ideal for relaxation!! The jacuzzi was amazing. The kitchens were very comfortable and spacious for our group of 8 to cook. Overall, a great holiday!!! It is a pretty long/steep walk to the beach by foot, so you do need a car (good to have to drive around too and explore the island). Also, some of the rooms are more elegant/more spacious than others. And something for those who are not used to the Greek sun- there is not too much shade on the territory with the pool. A couple of trees and some grass to sit on would be wonderful!

Fabulous!
We stayed in the amazing Villas Afrodite in July. All three villas for 8 nights with 2 families – 4 adults and 5 children aged 10 to 16. It was perfect for our needs. We loved the magnificent views – especially sunrise above Aliki and sunset behind AntiParos, and we loved having two swimming pools to choose from as well as a hot tub! We enjoyed fresh linen supplied every 3 days with the addition of some light cleaning. Much appreciated since there is no dishwasher. For 7 days in a row, we experienced the pesky, northern Meltemi winds. Being in Aliki was a blessing as it is perfectly positioned in the calm, south side of the island. The airport is only 5 minutes but we barely noticed the 4 flights coming into land. Each family hired a car which is a must – there is so much to explore and so many beautiful beaches nearby. It's a long walk to the closest one and steep on the way back. The villas are owned and managed by Arsenis, who welcomed us like family upon our arrival. He is only a phone call or stone’s throw away – based at his local hotel in Aliki – just 2 minutes away. He acted as our personal concierge – advised us on the best places to visit and eat and where not to eat! Arsenic, we discovered, is very well known and respected by many local business owners. We were treated well when they realised we were his guests. This was the first time in Greece for both families and we all had a fabulous time thanks to our stay at Villas Afrodite and the wonderful hospitality of Arsenis. We hope to return one day.

Relaxing location, Scenic views and Exceptional Hospitality
We rented this villa in May 2016 with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. Arsenis, the owner, was at the airport quickly after a phone call. He is a very nice man! The property is a 5 min drive from the airport. In fact, from the villa's pool you can see the 4 daily flights landing. Don't allow this to concern you. The planes are not noisy jets, just turbo props. And, the last flight is at 1820. The first at 1230. The property has incredible scenic views. When at the villa, we were outside most of the time. There is a nice barbecue that we utilized several nights. There are ample glasses, plates, pots, pans and silverware. If you enjoy cooking as I do, I'd recommend packing a sharp knife. There was a chef's knife, but not sharp. The villa has a new refrigerator and washing machine, but no dryer. This was not a problem as there is a drying rack with plenty of sun and breeze to dry our clothes. Arsenis has also recently outfitted the villa with heating and AC. Fortunately, we did not need these. Aliki is a friendly, quiet seaside village. It has several very good restaurants. We loved having breakfast at Kafe Mapina. Maria runs it and is a very nice lady. For other meals, our favorite was Mouragio. We experienced excellent fish and pasta dishes there. They have a salad made of split grape tomatoes, soft local cheese and kritamo(?) I think that it is a type of seaweed. The dish was one of our favorites. Arsenis could not have been friendlier. Whenever we had a question or concern, he was very responsive. He surprised us a couple of times with a bottle of wine. Then on my birthday, he surprised us with decorating the kitchen and providing a delicious birthday cake while we were on a day trip to Mykonos. When we left Aliki, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend.

WOW! …We couldn’t have wished for more!!
My husband and I stayed a blissful month during June/July at this beautiful, idyllic villa! We arranged our holiday not only to revisit Greece but so that we could do as much or as little as we pleased and to completely relax with a feeling of quiet seclusion…we found this and more! In no time at all the villa felt like home from home and we were enveloped in its peaceful and calm vibe atop a small mountain overlooking the most stunning views of the Aliki vista and almost panoramic view of the Mediterranean. I’ve never seen such a stunning colour of blue from the ocean! Charming Arsenis easily arranged for us to hire a car for the whole time we were there and we enjoyed planning our excursions and exploring Paros! The fabulous villa has all the amenities you could possibly need. We are big foodies and enjoyed cooking most nights…the oven is large, new, and very modern. Loved it! The refrigerator is huge! Plenty of space to stock up! The kitchen is also equipped with more than enough pots, pans, serving dishes, cooking/serving utensils and casserole dishes. Awesome that we could make our own Frappe’s with a machine at hand too! The bakery, vegetable store and super market are all a minutes’ drive away and we got fresh eggs every morning from Arsenis’s family at the house nearby. Fab! It was great to discover that the large flat screen TV in the living room had both a USB port and HDMI input so we could have the odd movie night! Most of our evenings were spent outside though, taking in the incredible night sky lavish with stars! We had a beautifully designed bathroom each and both provided ample shelf, drawers and powerful showers. Every other day the villa was attended to and fresh bed sheets and towels were given. The towels were placed on the bed in a pretty butterfly design…it’s the little things that count! We loved that we could keep all the windows and patio doors open at night and had no need of the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable indeed. We felt spoilt regarding the size of the pool! It’s enormous and positioned perfectly giving you an incredible view of the Med and landscape…Glorious! From the beginning to the end of our stay we were extremely taken care of by Arsenis and he was always at hand to offer us advice if needed. He kindly invited one evening to a fantastic dinner with guests at the family’s Hotel Afrodite in Aliki town. We were treated to a banquet of authentic home cooked Greek fare prepared by Arsenis’s beautiful partner Maria. Delicious! A perfect evening with perfect company! It’s easily said that we left behind very good friends in both Arsenis and Maria. We’ll never forget the evening we returned ‘home’ from celebrating my husband’s birthday to be greeted by a large chocolate and vanilla ice cream birthday cake, wine and a lovely happy birthday note on the kitchen table!! Such a wonderful surprise and it made the evening so much more special. Thank you Arsenis, Maria, family and ‘team’ for all you did to help make this without doubt the best vacation we have ever had. We left a little piece of our hearts there!

An incredible experience
My friend and I stayed for a week in June 2015. We were met at the boat dock (don't do it! - that's another story!) by a very nice lady with the car rental place. She took us to the office where we rented a car and got keys to the house. We bought a few essentials at the grocery right down the street before heading to the villa. The fruit, vegetables and cheeses were amazing. Town was only 5min away so we were able to get fresh food daily, if needed. Nicholas took us on a tour of the property, explaining everything in detail. The house and grounds are beautiful. The care he has taken was quite evident. We enjoyed the view and pool immediately. The water was freezing! There is an shower outside, however, so we cooled off well enough. It was perfect a couple days before we left. Pool chairs were nice and there are plenty of seating choices outside. Had envisioned the beach to be closer than it actually was, but that didn't create a problem for us at all. The sea is your background. It is a color blue everyone should see at least once in a lifetime. The weather was perfect. Hot, yes, but no humidity. No rain. We sat outside every night just shaking our heads in amazement at where we were and the beauty of it all. The kitchen was small, but well equipped. We ate "at home" all but 3 meals, I think. If you ask, Nicholas will arrange for one of his staff from the hotel to freshly prepare an authentic Greek meal for you at the house. It was the best meal we had on our entire trip. The bathrooms were quite large, by European standards. We each had one to ourselves. There was plenty of drawer space and vanity room. I very much enjoyed the large tub in mine. I would have liked to have had more than one bath towel and one hand towel. That part was a little inconvenient. To be fair, however, we never asked for more. There is a washing machine and "dryer", of sorts. I'll leave that for you to experience 1st hand on your own! I will say it did work and we didn't leave on the next leg with any dirty clothes! The master is quiet, dark and private, with its own entrance. The 2nd bedroom can be made quite private, using the folding screen. Each has its own AC. We didn't have to use it much. The house is made entirely of huge, white stone that is cool to touch naturally. All the rooms on the back have large windows that we kept open enjoying a great breeze off the sea. We loved this villa and everything about and around it. The village, the people, the food, the scenery, all were more than we could have ever asked.
