Lage und Aussenbereich sind Top und entsprechen den Bildern die man von dem Anwesen im Internet sich anschauen kann. Jeder der Ruhe sucht, einen tollen Blick auf das Meer haben möchte und Sonnenuntergänge genießen möchte, könnte hier eine schöne Zeit genießen. Allerdings hatten wir immer wieder Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck und warmen Wasser. Zwei von den drei Bädern sind sehr klein und alle sind eher Standard statt Luxus. Obwohl in der Beschreibung max. 8 Personen steht, werden sich nicht mehr als 6 Personen wirklich wohlfühlen. Die Aussendusche wurde erst am dritten Tag nach 7 unserer Ankunft neu installiert, sodass wir den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und 2 enge Kurven sind zu bewältigen. Mit dem Kleinbus haben wir diese Auffahrt nicht geschafft. Jedoch ist die Managerin und Miteigentümerin Olga im wesentlichen der Grund für diese Bewertung. Sie hat immer wieder betont das es sich um eine Luxus Villa und man sich umgehen darum kümmert wenn etwas gewesen ist. Allerdings hatte sie auch erwartet, dass wir geduldig sind, zwischen Solar und normalen Strom umschalten etc. etc.. Das ist kein Luxus und seine Kunden telefonisch dann auch noch anzuschreien, ist der Gipfel der Unprofessionalität. Keine Entschuldigung und auch ein Entgegenkommen kam von ihr um Ansatzweise die Situation für uns zu verbessern. Stattdessen gab es sogar am letzten Abend noch große Diskussionen wann der Checkout hätte stattfinden sollen, da unsere Fähre schon morgens um 06:30 fuhr. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub weil wir das Beste aus den Umständen gemacht haben, aber das Fehlverhalten dieser Managerin, die Haustechnik und Bäder sind nicht Luxus. Schade, denn das Haus und die Lage sind super schön.

Our company of 6 persons had holidays from 14 till 21 Sep 2016. Villa is wonderful, fully equipped and has such useful things like umbrella to go to the beach. Hostess is incredibly hospitable and ready to assist on any occasion. View is marvelous. Next to the sea. Next to the port and to the shop. Good design villa. Pictures painted by Hostess with sea views are stunning. Pool is infinity..

A wonderful holiday, the view was incredible, the kids loved the pool, the house was very comfortable and clean. The nearby beach (5 mins in the car) was great. a wonderful holiday. there are steps. Olga is very helpful - she reserved the ferry booking for me, then met us on the ferry and went to the house with us.

La villa est magnifique, très bien équipée et dans un environnement magique avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Nous y avons passé un séjour très reposant. L'île est peu touristique comparée à d'autres cyclades, ce qui est très agréable. Un grand merci à Olga pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Week 23 2014 we spent a nice week at Villa Meli. Our booking was for Villa Sandra Maria also owned by Olga but we were informed when we reached the Island that the pool in this house was broken. Olga offering then the newer Villa Meli that was more modern an higher placed on the Island. The location was wonderful with a fantastic view over the Greek archipelago and most fantastic sunset. The villa was nice decorated with Olgas own paintings and you will have all the facilities and comfort you need. The pool area was fantastic but the only negative was that the temperature in the pool was a bit chill because of the early season. One tip is that you rent a car because it is not so easy with the transportation on the Island. From the house you can walk down to a small little romantic beach and take a swim in the sea. Olga is a wonderful host and you can feel the warm spirit in the house of her, she really put a lovely atmosphere around her.

Olga is a very friendly and helpful hostess The drive up to the apartment is steep but once you get used to it it isnt a problem Amazing views I would prefer an outside actual barbecue but that is perhaps personal preference Lots of space in the villa and well air conditioned

We heard about this area in Kea by a friend and he was absolutely right. This place has great vibes. Located 300m across the birthplace of the Cycladic Civilization, it offers a perfect environment for relaxing vacations. This is the reason we selected Villa Meli and we were not disappointed at all. The villa has a minimalist contemporary style, which adds to the tranquility of the environment, with all needed facilities and amenities. The proprietor was very helpful giving us tips and info , so we made a cool schedule of visits around the island. Only drawback (known in advance, due to seasons repairs) the empty pool, but that's something which will enjoy in our next visit.

What a place to stay. Amazing view, wonderful house. All the accommodations anyone can ask for. The famous Greek hospitality and friendship at it's very best! This villa was more than expected. Spacious , rooms very comfortable with windows to spectacular sea views. Luxurious bath linen and organic soaps were provided. The outdoor area was fantastic with breathtaking views. We especially liked the outdoor bar, full of all kind of drinks, where we spend the most of our time. We were running every morning to the near beach Kefala, an unspoiled sandy isolated small beach, 15 min walking from the villa. The owner was very helpful and advised us for many restaurants and beaches. Easy to get anywhere in the island from here. What was a real help was the thorough cleaning service provided every day and specially the meals that were cooked for us in the villa..We definitely recommend this villa for relaxed and luxury vacations. It is an escape to Paradise
