It is difficult to find a villa which can provide you so many options in a great location with amazing views, close to the beach and the city of Rethymno. We believe that our villa has all the advantages of unforgettable moments! 100% privacy in all areas and full safety. The whole 5,000 sq. m area is highly fenced and protected with advanced alarm systems. Ideal for families and friends looking for exclusive holidays! Ground floor Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consists of a living-dining area of 120 m² and a fully equipped functional kitchen. The living room area has large sofas, a 55” HDTV with home cinema, and a corner-shaped fireplace. The kitchen is followed by a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a WC located on the same floor. First floor Reaching the first floor through the marble staircase there is an office space with a PC and a printer. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony with a spectacular view over the Cretan Sea and Psiloritis mountain. It also has a large en-suite bathroom, a shower cabin, and a Hydrosonic hydro-spa. The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily arrange to become a double and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two singles beds but is designed to be transformed into double beds if preferred. A bathroom with a steam shower cabin are also found along the corridor. Each room has floor to ceiling length windows which lead to the exterior areas of the villa. All Giakoumakis Villa’s bed mattresses are eco-friendly, handmade from memory foam technology that offers comfort and the best quality sleep. Lower level From the living room on the ground floor, the staircase leads to the lower level of the villa where a bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds are found. The double-bedded bedroom hosts a TV and a fully-equipped en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the garden. This floor also hosts a bathroom with a bath. A 120 m² playroom with a mini living room, a plasma TV (satellite) with Playstation 3, toys, a piano, and a pool table is also found on this floor. For those who want to keep fit, there is a gym area next to the playroom. All the areas on this floor have floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to the exterior areas of the villa. Amazing Experience

WHAT A FANTASTIC CRETAN EXPERIENCE THIS WAS. Choosing “GIAKOUMAKIS-VILLA” made our holiday. . Being with a group of 5 people, everybody had their own bedroom AND their own privat bathroom, spread out over the 3 floors of this spacious modern luxury villa. The amenities are absolutely outstanding!! From the jacuzzi, pristine clean pool, several terraces, till the modern furniture (both in-/outside) excellent quality matresses and the exceptional water-filter machine in the kitchen... A speciale thanks must be made to Nikos and his mother.. Not having bought the correct capsules for the coffee-machine, within 10 minutes, she showed up with te right ones!! THIS FAMILY TRULY TAKES CARE OF THEIR GUESTS !! We booked our own privat 5 star hotel!!! Kind regards, Jet and Family
