Bedrooms & Bathrooms The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and direct access to the terrace. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The further two bedrooms of Rosmerta Villa are located on the first floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration! A few stairs downwards guests will find the last bedroom of the Villa, featuring two single beds. This bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. Moreover, gym equipment is available on this level for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill, static bike & multi-station! Guests will also find a comfy sitting area there, featuring a 50’’ smart T.V and a Playstation 4 console. Enjoy! One more guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed located at the lower level. Outside Rosmerta Villa is set in 540 m2 outdoor area with a 65 m2 private swimming pool and a special children’s compartment. (3x5 and 0,60 metres deep) The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor dining area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish! For a touch of added relaxation guests will find an outdoor six seater, heated Spa Whirlpool! Pull the cork on a bottle of red to enjoy along with the company of your loved ones. Last but not least, for families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pour une durée de 2 semaines et nous l'avons vraiment adoré. La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos. La décoration, le lieu, la vue, les équipements tout était parfait !! Nous recommandons à 100% et nous avons hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau !! Tout le personnel de think villa est très à l'écoute et répondent à vos besoins. Encore merci à toute l'équipe de think villa et nous sommes ravis de vous avoir fait confiance.

Exceptional value and experience

Nice villa, with wonderful pool, clean and exceptionally well equipped. The pool is long and deep enough for a very good swim or underwater practice, but not quite deep enough for diving comfortably. Everything worked and we had no problems at all. Internet connection is slow, as mostly everywhere in Crete, but the 4G signal more than compensated. The villa is not very far from Rethymno, and it makes for an easy and comfortable ride, on good, wide, roads. The area is very quiet, but I would mention that there is another smaller villa right next to it, with a view on this villa’s pool. May be a problem for some people, we didn’t find any issues with it.

In Perama town which is within 5 minutes away by car you will find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 5 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The main beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. Water sports are also available.The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am).

By air: There are daily scheduled flights from "Eleutherios Venizelos" Athens International Airport to "Nikos Kazantzakis" Heraklion International Airport. Charter flights from most European destinations arrive from April to November to the airport. By Sea: Daily itineraries link the port of Heraklion and Chania with the port of Piraeus (Athens). By bus: There are daily and frequent bus services connecting Heraklion with the main towns and villages of the entire prefecture as well as with the towns of Chania and Rethymnon.
