Comfortable apartment in the center of Athens, situated in a strategic position: public bus stop right in front of the building, only 70m to the nearest metro station, 100m from the Main Railways station, and on a walkable distance to all the major central business and tourist attractions (20-30 min relaxing walk to Acropolis and Monastiraky). The apartment is located in residential area surrounded by many hotels, big supermarkets (Carrefour 100m, Bazaar 50m, SPAR 150m), bakeries (50m), restaurants, bars and taverns (20-100m), sports' playgrounds (10m away), parks and piazzas (20-100m), church (100m), a school is just across the apartment. The National Archaeological Museum is located on the end of our street (1km). It's decorated in a modern style with warm, comfortable and pleasant natural colors and materials highlighted with some contemporary spots and shiny decorative elements. The 50 sqm bright and shiny apartment (facing the South) consist of: a bedroom with a king size bed (190 x 210 cm) and access to sunny balcony; living room with 2 pull-off sofa beds (130 x 195 cm); fully equipped kitchen (new modern cooker with oven, toaster, coffee machine, elect. water boiler kettle, fridge, dinning sets, cooking potteries...); dinning place and bathroom. That makes the apartment very comfortable for up to 4 adults and it can also additionally accommodate 2 kids more (on a special request). Highest quality 5* cotton bed linen and towels are provided as well as hair dryer and iron. For the entertainment we offer you: brand new 32'' LED flat TV with 30 Greek and International digital channels (MTV, BBC, DW, TV5...) and several radio digital channels, Media TV box player with a TV SMART functions with YouTube, Facebook, Twiter, Skype, Messenger and all other Android app), a huge collection of Greek and Athens related movies, cartoons, documentaries, video guides, digital photos and maps, helpfull tips and information and useful guide app. During your stay you can also use books (belles lettres), Athens and Greece guide books (only in the apartment), maps, power bank, selfie stick. As an experienced travelers we know nowdays travelers problems and needs on the road, so we provided you with universal multinational electrical plugs and sockets as well as adapters and chargers for almost all kind of mobile phones and other chargeable devices. Apartment is equipped and suitable for couples, family with kids, group of friends, elder people, single travelers for both tourist and business purpose. Not adapted for disabled, but access is possible with wheelchairs. AMAZING!!!!!
I had a great experience staying at this apartment. Not only that it was in the heart of Athens, it was also very close to all public transports, convenient stores, restaurants, all monuments in the city, including beautiful beaches. The apartment was super clean, and with the full service, everything you could think off (towels, shampoo, hair dryer etc.). The only thing that you need to bring is your cloths, nothing else. Everything else is in the apartment. If I could rate this place, with the service provided, it would be sitting in the same line as a 5 starts hotel. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would love to spend an amazing time in Athens.

Cosa posso dire? Non è stato molto facile capire le istruzioni per arrivare all'appartamento, tant'è che i vicini non sapevano nulla di quello che noi stessimo cercando. Per fortuna l'affittuario è stato disponibile. Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto versare una cauzione di 100 o 200€ esterna al pagamento effettuato su Hostelsclub che non era prevista,ovviamente è stato rimborsato a fine del soggiorno. Tutto sommato l'appartamento era pulito, anche se un paio di volte ho trovato in cucina un paio di scarafaggi.... Ho trovato l'appartamento in un altro sito e avevo visto tre letti matrimoniali, ora la foto qui è aggiornata, ma in realtà sono divani letto con delle cerniere che permettono di aprirsi. Il letto effettivo matrimoniale è 1 solo, gli altri due sono di una piazza e mezzo circa. Il quartiere intorno sembra un po' malfamato, ma è più tranquillo di quanto sembra. E' collegato con Larissa Station e la metropolitana, c'è anche un supermercato e un bar tavola calda. La vasca per lavarsi è piccola e si allaga tutto intorno ogni volta. Ricordatevi il codice del luchetto, altrimenti non potrete prendere la chiave per entrare!!

Cozy Amenities and comfort
I had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom apartment last night! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The high-speed internet connection was a huge plus, and I loved having access to free Netflix on the smart TV. The small balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee. Highly recommended!

The metro ticket from the airport costs: 8€ for one 70 min ride, or 14€ for group of 2 persons, or 20€ for group of 4 persons, tourist 3 days ticket (including return trip to the airport) costs 20€.<BR>3. Get on the bus X95 (just in front of the terminal). After about 1 hour ride get off at the last stop on Syntagma square. The bus ticket costs 5€. There catch the metro - Red metro line M2 toward Anthopoli. After 4 station get off the train at Larissa Station (Stathmos Larisis). Take exit "". The apartment will be around 100m away across the park/playground. The metro ticket costs 1,20€.<BR><BR>From the Railways Station:<BR>The Main Railways Station Larissa is just about 100m from the apartment. From the station cross the street and the park/playground and you will reach the our building in Neofitou Metaxa.<BR><BR>From the Ferry Port:<BR>Take a suburban train from the metro/railways station Piraeus located across the port. The suburban train runs every hour. After 20-30min ride get off the train on the main railways station Larissa. The ticket cost 1,20€. The Main Railways Station Larissa is just about 100m from the apartment. From the station cross the street and the park/playground and you will reach the our building in Neofitou Metaxa.<BR>
