Comfortable apartment in the center of everything. Family of 5 with grown children all slept in cool comfort. Lift to the third floor was small but reliable and quick. Clean and in decent condition. Breakfast at home and the lunch and dinner options are endless. The man selling bread is just outside the front door. Groceries in less than a minute, Starbucks in two minutes. All the major historical sites of Athens within a leisurely 15 minute walk. Stathis helped us get vans back and forth from the airport and was quick to respond and helpful. Nice that their office is on the fifth floor. Great base to tour Athens.

Excellent host, walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Close to metro and buses. Quiet except for morning church bells. Comfortable beds and couches. Food carts just outside the building. We would stay here again!

A spacious, well-equipped, clean apartment situated in the heart of the main shopping area of Athens with lots of cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. Monastiraki square with its metro station is less than a five-minute walk away if you're using public transport to get to the airport although Stathis, the apartment owner, is extremely helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport for us which made things very easy. The Acropolis is a leisurely 15 minute walk away and other places such as the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Agora and Hadrian's Library are similarly close and easy to get to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who wanted a great, central place to stay in Athens

This apartment absolutely made Athens our favourite place to stay out of all the places we visited on our Europe holiday recently. It was clean, large enough my for husband and two young children. There were toys available for the kids and great DVD collection. The owner was extremely helpful. This property is so conveniently located - walking distance to the sites and the park. It has a supermarket nearby and lots of shops!!

We rented this spacious apartment for a week as an extended family of 6 and it was very good. It is well equiped and has a reliable lift to its 3rd floor location. If you are wanting to explore Athens then this apartment is ideally located with all of the major attractions being within 20 mins walk. The apartment is directly above the main pedestrian shopping street with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The owner, Stathis runs a travel agency on the top floor and is is always on hand to book trips, hire cars or just give good advice.

I had no idea when I booked this apartment, just how centrally located it is. Smack bang on the main shopping strip of Athens, metres away from the best bars and restaurants and a small walk to the Acropolis. The apartment itself is huge. We had a cousin who lives in Athens come up and she was astounded by how large and lovely the apartment was. Stathis was available for any questions in the lead up to our stay and we were greeted by his lovely sister Eva, who had let our adult children into the apartment early. There is nothing negative to say. Everything we could want was there - washing machine, pegs, hair drier, extra pillows, make up removal products...The list goes on. A perfect stay!

Our family (parents and 3 young adult daughters) stayed at the apartment over Easter weekend. The apartment is very nice. We only ate breakfast in the apartment because, really...who cooks while staying in Athens?!! But the kitchen was well equipped and we found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The location is very safe and within walking distance of everything..shops, historical sites, the Plaka and the Acropolis. It is also an easy walk from the Metro so no need for a car or taxi. The only downside could be street noise in the busy season but it was relatively quiet for our stay. The management office is in the same building so we were able to leave our bags after checkout the last day since we had an evening flight out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The stay was exactly as promised! Transportation to the apartment was arranged and went smoothly. Driver had the keys and there was printed information in the apartment that covered any questions that arose. Being in the center of the city, there was a little noise on the weekend, but no different than any major city in the world. Lots of room, within walking distance of all the majors sites in Athens....shopping and restaurants right outside the front door. Great value and the landlord helped us out with all of our in country tours. To top it all off, my wife left her cell phone and they were kind enough to mail it to us in the United States. Highly recommend!

We are a family of six and we stayed there for 10 days. It was fully equipped, perfectly set up. Everything we needed was already provided. They had printed out helpful tips and instructions, and were very happy to help us with anything we needed. We could reach them by phone, or go up two floors to their office if we needed assistance. They provided us with means of transportation to and from the port and airport. Very very punctual. It truly was a smooth and easy stay. We found the location to be very strategic, as we could walk almost anywhere we had planned on visiting! It was also easy to get a taxi, or use the metro, or the bus. Ermou street is an attraction for tourists, so living on it was spectacular. It is full of life at all times. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
