Ideal location to explore down town Athens antiquities and shopping. Syntagma, Kolonaki, Thision, Plaka are all within walking distance. Ample space on 3 levels for families who want to discover Athens in style and comfort. Panoramic views of the Attica skyline and all the ancient monuments. Big swimming pool (one of the very few for rooftop buildings in Athens) adds unique dimension and experience. Would suit two couples and 2 or 5 children and/or staff / nanny and 3 couples with a few friends / children.

Awesome!
My family and I recently stayed in the acropolis penthouse and it was just a joy! It was spotlessly clean and very central to all sights etc. There was 8 of us (4 couples) and it was just fine! The pool was a godsend as it was very hot so we spent alot of quality time together as a family at the pool especially after days of sightseeing! We were varying ages but all of us loved it. Lina was there to meet us and very prompt to answer any queries/calls. Thank you lina we had a fantastic time! Jennifer & family from Scotland

Nice place to relax and recharge.
The accommodation was in an excellent location, with excellent taverns (restaurants), cafes and bars close by. It had public transport near by and a short walk to the Acropolis, the Museum, and other ancient sites. Well appointed apartment with amazing views. The pool was the perfect place to cool down and get ready for the evenings. Amazing place.

Excellent stay for family of 6
My husband, parents (ages 70s) and 2 teens and I stayed here in early July. Great location and lots of space. For those who like details: This is essentially the top 3 floors of a building that has small offices on the bottom floors. Very quiet- we hardly saw another soul. It is on a busy street but with Windows closed we found the noise negligible. Very light sleepers may need earplugs. The first floor of the apartment (where you enter) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, en suite bath with separate shower and tub. Also it’s own big balcony with view of the Acropolis. Big room, lots of closet space and big bathroom. The next room also has a queen sized bed, less space but still room for suitcases, has a smaller closet. It shares a full bathroom on the hall with the third bedroom which has a twin bed and a single futon. Also with some nice closet space. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony, really just for standing. The 4th bedroom is small, twin bed only with a small ensuite bath that is really a half bath with a hand shower. My 14 year old daughter thought it was great- but it might be tight for adults. On the next floor up is the main living area, lots of space and windows. Decent kitchen, lovely eating area and nice sitting area. For my fellow Americans, there is a washing machine but it is small. No dryer but an area outside to hang clothes. I wouldn’t plan on doing a ton of laundry but can definitely wash a few small loads. Also a dishwasher which is nice, plenty of plates, cups, flatware, etc. There is also a half bath on this floor. The top floor is a loft with a sofa bed that sleeps one (my 16 year old son) easily- could probably squeeze 2 if needed. About a full size pullout bed. Nothing else on this floor except an awesome wrap around balcony to sit and drink wine and watch the sunset over the Acropolis. With 6 we were very comfortable- you could do probably 2 more in the single beds in the third bedroom and still be OK. The pool was fabulous on hot July afternoons. Great location- we walked everywhere. The Plaka was about 5-10 minutes, where we ate a lot. Also there is a minimart about 2 blocks away to pick up breakfast items. I will comment that this would not be a good place for those with limited mobility. There is an elevator that goes to the bedroom floor but you need to climb steps to the living floor. Also be aware with toddlers there are a lot of open steps, and of course the pool. My teens and parents rated this an amazing place to stay. I would highly recommend for a family or small group. Also I would recommend you let them arrange transportation for you to and from the airport, cruise ship, etc. They get the best rates.

Excellent location, very clean, lovely pool and view, over 3 floors so plenty space for everyone. Would definitely recommend although would be careful with toddlers a lot of stairs. Loved it

This place is amazing!
Everything we could have dreamed of - The view was amazing - the decor - beautiful! WE loved the pool - didn't want to leave much - it was such an incredible space. The person we dealt with was very sweet and helpful and the place well maintained- plus fresh flowers upon arrival:) Only wish I was going back!

Brilliant
The flat was everything it says it is - and better! It's in a superb position - you can sleep, swim eat and drink overlooking the Parthenon and the Temple of Zeus; trams are just round the corner, as is an amazing taverna with incredible food, really cheap, and an amazing bakery. The flat itself is huge and very clean, and Mrs Lina was most helpful, including organising taxis when needed etc. I was nervous before we arrived, as there seemed relatively few reviews, and the deposit had to be transferred into a bank account against the advice of the on-line lettings agency. I was concerned it may be a scam and didn't exist. But it is, and worth every penny! I also forgot to ask precise directions, so got there alright, but needed to ring Mrs Lina, to ask her to come out and find us in the street, as the entrance was not obvious. Only downsides are the many stairs, and the pool is more for dipping in, than swimming, but still fun!

Wonderful Athens apartment
8 members of our family, ranging in age from just under 2 to 61, stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in October. It was fabulous. Very centrally located. We walked everywhere, and only took one tram when we wanted a beach outing on our final day. Even the tram is very close to the apartment. The woman in charge in Athens was very helpful. The apartment has 4 or 5 bedrooms - there is a 3rd floor living room which has a sleeper couch which could be used as a bedroom. We used the lower floor bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a good shower and bath, as well as a dressing room. There is also a double room plus a room with a single bed and a fold out bed which we used for the kids. Then a small single room with its own bathroom (with a hand-held shower). The one draw back of this apartment is that there is only one really nice, full size shower in the master bedroom. There is another bathroom but it has a half-size bath (nice for kids) with a hand-held shower. It would be good if that could be converted to a regular shower attachment. The apartment is a penthouse, and has elevator access right into the living room. The living space is great - a big lounge, plus a dining room with big table. And then a further living space on the 3rd level. The apartment is very well equipped, with sound system, TV, well equipped kitchen plus supplies such as coffee, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, etc. And other bits and pieces in the kitchen like spices. There is a huge patio with a swimming pool which we used even in October. The views from this apartment are fantastic - it looks right at the Acropolis! Everything is very modern and comfortable. A few blocks away, there are some supermarkets, as well as good local restaurants. We ate well for little money as these restaurants serve locals. There is a lovely bakery nearby also. We would recommend listening to the manager's advise and getting a taxi to and from the airport - we took the metro from the airport and got to the apartment but it was a big of a trek. The taxi back was much easier. The manager will arrange all this for you - nothing was too much trouble for her! There is also free wifi in the apartment, as well as a safe. All in all, an excellent place which we would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment! Highly recommend!
We had a great week staying there! Eight of us stayed there from the ages of 2 years up to 60 years old. We used the swimming pool everyday, we used the local bakery (5 min walk) for delicious breakfasts, we bought delicious takeaway Greek cuisine in the evenings, had great views of the Acropolis at night and day. Only negative point is that it is on a busy main road, which is busy all night, but having all windows and doors shut you can have aircon on if too hot in bedrooms. Saying that, the apartment is so central and within walking distance of all tourist attractions and it is very easy to get around. We used trams and trains. Arriving from the airport we took the metro as it looked easy and quick on the maps, but this was a very long journey for a group with children so I do recommend to take a taxi when arriving next time. If you have young children you do need to watch them as there is a pool and lots of stairs in the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment to stay at for families and friends.

Look no further this place is perfect
This place was perfect, it exceeded our expectations. We all arrived and were amazed that the apartment was better than the photos! It was jaw dropping. We were greeted by the Athens contact Lina who was just brilliant. She walked us though how everything worked, where to go, what to see, and how to stay safe she made us all at ease and was lovely. The Apartment was clean, in a great location, and we are already wanting to go back again. After sharing the photos on facebook a few of my friends are already going to book already. I never leave feedback on trip advisor but have never stayed anywhere so nice! I look forward to coming back again xx

Great place, close to everything, fantastic view and pool is tremendous bonus
Stayed for a week in April 2015 with my wife, teenage daughter and toddler son. The views are fantastic from every balcony... and there are many balconies there. Close to all the major sites and within walking distance of Parthenon and Plaka about 10 minutes. My only not positive thing was the home is not baby proof so we had to keep an eye on our toddler at all times, but to be honest the same applies to hotels we stay in as well. Overall our Family enjoyed our stay there, owner very easy to deal with and manager very helpful with showing you around and suggesting restaurants.
