The area that the apartment is in is experience quite a transition. There is graffiti everywhere. The front door to our apartment was missing the handle as was one of the bathrooms. The only thing that kept us there was the amazing history of Athens.

Complessivamente un buon appartamento, ma niente di speciale. Probabilmente per pochi euro in più si potrebbe trovare di meglio. Dei due bagni, alla fine ne abbiamo utilizzato solo uno, perché il secondo ha dei problemi con lo scarico e la doccia non ha il suo piatto/box. Inoltre in quello principale manca lo sportello della doccia, quindi il bagno si allaga. La prima sera ho notato che il phon era rotto, e ho avvisato subito il proprietario che mi ha detto che ne avrebbe portato uno nuovo il giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo siamo rimasti senza phon. Ce l'ha portato il terzo giorno, dopo averlo chiamato nuovamente. Due camere danno sulla strada, e si sente il traffico per tutta la notte.

Great apartment in good location. Easy access to downtown. Apartment is very clean and fully equipment. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Two weeks stayed in this marvelous, large, relaxing appartment with my family. WoW what a space, clean, cool, well equipted appartment. After a warm welcome with Petros, what an friendly enthiousiastic environment-embrased guy, we got an tour through the appartment. 3 great and large bedrooms A large bathroom and an smaller one. Everything was ‘spick and span’ A super kitchen with all the necessary equipment. A large livingroom. All of the rooms are well decorated. ***** Services from Petros are super. We asked another pair of appartment keys through Messenger and within no time iT was fixed. The neighborhood: the appartment is situated 300 meters from the archeologic museum near to Omonia and Exarchia. About Exarchia there are a lot of negative stories and we van declare not all are true. Besides all the intellectuals, goverment-critics it had an high cultural and students athmosfere and we never felt uncomfortable. This part of of Omonia had the best restaurants, the best bars, the best food (far more netter than Plaka and Monastikira) and the most friendly people. Also at 02:00 PM! So if you wan’t an cheap, large appartment, with 5 star aspirations in an fancy and lively energetic part of this beautiful city of Athens, keep this appartment in mind. Booked apartment despite fact that there were no reviews and area did not have good reviews. We were 5 adults stayed 5 nights. Apartment was really well furnished big and comfortable. Area seemed as safe as the central sites. Short taxi drive 4 euros to central areas. The main shower is really good but was missing a door which meant that we had to use towels to dry floor. Second toilet was blocked on secod day so we only had one toilet. Petros contacted us before we arrived and was really helpful. Replied quickly to all requests. If you need a big apartment near central Athens this is great value. If Petros fixes the problem with the toilet and shower and I am sure he will, it will be a five star apartment. Highly recommended.
