A large apartment of 110 sq.m., sunny, airy and renovated, on the 1st floor of a typical urban building of architectural importance, constructed in the ‘30’s – pre-war period- located in the very center of Athens, easily reachable with various means of public transportation (bus, train, electrical bus).
Three more spacious independent bedrooms with wooden floor, a cozy dining room, a big and separate kitchen fully equipped, a spacious bathroom, one wc and an utility room (storage).
Additional Information:
The flat is fully renovated in June 2017, and is located in a beautiful neoclassical building on Tinou Road. All rooms are bright and airy. It has new furniture, beds, mattresses, bedding, office equipment, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, serving items etc.

Great Apartment
This spacious apartment was conveniently located close to public transportation, a few minutes walk to the bus and only a fifteen minute walk to the metro which allowed my family of seven to easily explore Athens. Alex, who greeted us, was very friendly and accommodating.
