As you can see from the photos the flat is extremely luxury. There are hidden lightings everywhere in order to ensure a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the place. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and last an extremely spacious bathroom. All mattresses are anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. There is also an electrical heater radiator in the bathroom for having your towels hanged. The flat is ideal for up to 5 guests since the second bedroom can be separated from the living room by its enormous sliding door as seen in the photos. This makes the flat extremely spacious for 2 or 5 guests since the second bedroom can be used also as a living room. At the living room there is a big couch (blue) that can be also used as a bed for the 5th guest. In front of the building there is square and a park full of trees that makes you feel like not staying in the heart of Athens.
It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us professional aircoditioning (daikin) a unit to each room, fast and reliable free internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), microwave, oven with kitchen hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, one 48 inch in the 2nd bedroom, one 43 inch in the living room and last one 32 inch in the master bedroom (one to each room). All televisions are SMART technology (Samsung) so that you can plug your usb device to watch movies, listen to music or even watch Netflix!. A professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with 4 speakers fitted in the ceiling for perfect sounding, with external port available also to connect your device (iphone etc) and last but not least 2 beautiful balconies with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens. From the balcony where the sitting area is you can even admire Acropolis, also seen from your bed or couch (2nd bedroom)!
A quiet building, in a discreet neighborhood.
Guest Access:
The apartment is fully furnished, with one double king size bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch (dark grey) which turns into a 1.60 m. x 2,40 m. double bed. The second room can be even separated to an individual bedroom by closing the large sliding door or keep it as a living room by having the sliding door open.
A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It is air-conditioned by three brand new Daikin units (total of 36.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to the flowers and the Acropolis) and the side balcony has an open view to a small garden I have planted for you!. The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in both bedrooms the living room and the toilet. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets). Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge.
-Free Wifi Internet access is provided to all guests.
-Recommendation leaflets and subway maps will be also available for you.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have 24 hour access to any assistance needed by phone; further guidance and services can be provided upon request
I will always be there to welcome you upon arrival and say goodbye upon check out in order to show you the apartment and give you the keys.

Beautiful apartment, very quiet. Had everything we needed for a fabulous stay and very convenient that the supermarket was only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Host John was amazing, so nice, very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. Arranged transfers to/from airport, immediately replaced the hairdryer that died and even checked in with us after we got sick to see if we were feeling better.

Perfect clean and comfortable apartment
Great location for sightseeing, 15 minutes walk to Acropolis Museum and 5 minutes walk to a metro station. Nearby (5 min walk) there is a pretty nice restaurant popular with locals, Fabrica tou Efrosinou.
The apartment itself is modern, super clean and very functional. Beds are pretty comfortable, each room has flat screen TV, plenty of storage space. It has conditioner, high-speed internet + Netflix which kept us entertained during hot summer midday breaks.
John (the owner) was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our flight was leaving late afternoon, and he took care of our luggage and arranged taxi to airport so that we could squeeze a little bit more sightseeing.
Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing place in every way. Totally recommended.
This was an amazing place to stay. Family friendly, and wheelchair accessible. The view is breathtaking, the unit clean well loved and kept up. There's easy access to Athens, the beaches, Pireas, and airport, both with a car and local trasportation. The contact staff was very responsive and helpful. I would most highly recommend it

“Fabulous apartment” Clean, modern, well appointed in a great location.
This beautiful apartment is centrally located and is within a 15 minutes walk to most popular tourist sites and neighborhoods. The apartment is modern, clean, well layed out, super comfortable and can accommodate more then two people.
Ioannis responds within minutes of receiving calls/ text messages. He is super helpful and clearly explains the apartment and local area very well.
Ioannis set us up with a cab driver for excellent service to and from the airport and other excursions that we wanted to take.
After leaving Ioannis apartment we checked into the Devani Caraval Hotel for business and it is not nearly as nice the apartment.... at $180 euros a night you would expect more. I wish we were still staying at fotomara.

Excellent location, clean, well equipped...
We enjoyed very much our stay at Ioannis' apartment. It was clean, well equipped, in a nice building and location away from busy touristy areas. That gave us opportunity to enjoy some great neighborhood restaurants and shops while being 10min away from a metro station and no more than 2 stops from all major city attractions. Don't even consider any other transportation options - Athens meet is great and cheap, 9 euros for a three-day pass! It was a pleasure dealing with the owner (Ioannis) who was very helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ioannis
PS: we recommended the apt to our friends who stayed there a week after us and loved it as much as we did

Comfortable, modern apartment
We stayed for three nights during a brief stopover in Athens. Ioannis (John) was extremely helpful whilst we were planning our trip, with immediate responses to any email queries. He arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport and our driver could not have been more courteous and welcoming. On our arrival at the apartment, Ioannis was there to meet us. The apartment is exactly a small described and more than lived up to our expectations. All modern conveniences have been provided, along with all those little extras that make all the difference - shower gel, dishwasher tablets etc. All the rooms are very quiet and we were grateful for the efficient air-conditioning. A fifteen minute walk will take you into the city centre / acropolis area or there is a metro station close by. All in all, an excellent base for a trip to Athens.

Great Apartment with the Best Host
We stayed at John's place well we were in Athens for a couple days. It's a newly renovated apartment with an excellent floor plan. All necessities are provided for cooking, washing clothes. Easy to cook here. You are 10 - 15 min from the Plaka and the Acropolis. Neighbor hood is safe. John arranged transport which was very helpful. And there is a cute little view of the Acropolis from your balcony. Loved this place. Thanks John.

This place has it all!
This apartment within walking distance to the Acropolis, metro, and many restaurants is great. There is a small community park across the street that gives it a real neighborhood feel. The kitchen was fully functional with cookware and some staples. Very spacious feel and nice light from the outside with the balconies. We would go there again and recommend it to others.

super vacances à Athènes !
Nous sommes partis à 4, ma femme et mes 2 enfants (15 & 19 ans), l'appartement est tout neuf et super équipé (3 télé). La wifi fonctionne très bien. Il est bien situé et le cartier est calme (pour la ville), on est allé à l'Acropole à pied, c'est super ! le propriétaire est très sympa, il est dispo en cas de besoin et parle un peu français. Super restaurant, voir fiche, c'est le N°1 ! Boulangerie, supermarché, bus et tram tout est à proximité. ...et la mer aussi, des coins magnifiques !
Vraiment une location sans problème. On avait une voiture et pas de problème pour la garer dans la rue (mais parking payant à 100m pour les stressés !). Merci Ioannis, je garde et conseil l'adresse !

Perfect Place to Start Greek Vacation
We loved everything about this apartment: the location, the upscale new features, the comfort, the beautiful bathroom, the cute and well appointed kitchen, the decor, and certainly the attentiveness and kindness of the owner, Ioannis (John). From the booking process to the check in and check out, John was so helpful and answered any questions I emailed him within minutes. We couldn't have asked for a better person to rent from! The location was great... we were able to walk to all of the sights and never had to even take the Metro, although it is conveniently located to the apartment. Speaking of convenient, there was a grocery store right around the corner, where we bought breakfast items. Restaurants were nearby and John kindly left a list of those that he recommended. We especially loved Mani Mani and The Balcony restaurants. The apartment includes a washer, a dishwasher, and great wifi as well as a TV with BBC on it. I can't think of anything that the apartment didn't have and I would highly recommend it!

The neighbourhood is quiet and very safe. Neos Kosmos is one of the best and most well known neighbours in Athens. It is located below Acropolis and near Filoppapou Hill. The apartment is only 6 minutes walk from Filopappou hill and 900 meters away from the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis. The metro station is only 600 meters away. Anything you might need is located in walking distance, such us supermarket, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and anything else you can imagine! The modern art museum is also 2 minutes walking distance. The streets are full of trees (oranges) and there is a farmers market every Friday a couple of minutes away.

You can get to the apartment even by taxi metro bus or tram. The metro station Syngrou Fix is only 600 meters away. The taxi costs 40 euros from the airport (eleftherios Venizelos). There is a flat rate for transportations from the airport to Athens centre ( 40 euros from 6:00-00:00 and 60 euros from 00:00 - 6:00 ). The metro from the airport costs 10 euros for one person and 16 euros for two persons.
