Recently built, the achitecturally designed 2 bedroom /2 bathroom garden villa situated in the prestigious Horizon Development . The villa offers guests 24 hour security and private pool and sala perfect for drinks after a day in the sun. Additionally,the villa includes a 55inch LED TV, DVD player and i-pod docking station with outdoor speakers together with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. Smoking only allowed on the grassed areas. Arrival and Departure Transfers can be arranged for you from Samui Airport to the villa for only 400THB each way. The electricity costs on the island are very high. A generous 30 units of electricity per day is provided free of charge. Any usage over this amount will be charged by our Management Team, Thanks for your understanding. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is available on request for a small extra fee if needed due to flight times

Excellent comfortable home

Great place, the hosts where excellent, I highly recommend this rental. Loved the pool and the full kitchen.

A wonderful private pool and garden villa

Great to be back staying at this beautiful private villa again after several years of not being able to travel. The villa was looking stunning, gardens were beautiful and the pool was sparkling and the interior looked better than ever with several updates since our last stay here, new air conditioning, new kitchen and larger TV which were all very appreciated. The management and check-in team were fabulous very accommodating and lovely. We can’t wait to return!

Touristentrap - vermijden

De foto's die hier staan laten niet de ware indruk van het huis zien. Dat is een oude uitgewoonde villa die gedeeltelijk en onzorgvuldig gerenoveerd is. Er is roest op de koelkast en veel andere plekken. De meubels zijn oud en behoorlijk versleten. Na aankomst hebben wij gezien dat het huis veel slechter eruitziet dan op de foto's. Ik heb de locale agent, booking en de eigenaar hierover geïnformeerd met een voorstel dat we het huis na een nacht verlaten en voor de rest zouden we terugbetaling krijgen. De locale agent is hiermee akkoord gegaan. Helaas de terugbetaling heeft plaats niet gevonden en de eigenaar zegt nu tegen booking.com dat hij nooit daarmee ingestemd was maar met mij willen ze niet praten. Toen ik probeerde de eigenaar te bellen om naar een oplossing te komen hebben ze verbinding verbroken nadat ik me voorgesteld had en nu nemen ze niet meer op als ik bel. Zo behandel je je klanten niet. Voor mij is het een gewone oplichting. Er zijn veel meer betere accomodaties op Koh Samui met eerlijke hosts dus ik raad het aan om iets anders op te zoeken i.p.v. deze gefotoshopte villa.

A truly perfect villa - Samui Sky 36s

We originally booked the Samui Sunset 22g, but were upgraded to the Samui Sky 36s by the owner. The villa was exceptional and whilst impressive, the photos don’t do justice to how well presented the property is. We stayed here for 11 nights and loved every minute.

Beautiful ideal villa

Me and my partner loved the week that we spent at this villa. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is clear that the owners cherish their property and have spent considerable time and money making it into the perfect holiday getaway. The staff during the stay were also excellent and really helpful. I would recommend this to anyone; young or old, couple or families etc.

Beautiful villa

Absolutely loved the villa, bit of a walk from the fantastic beach. Nice a quiet, visited both the local restaurants which we enjoyed. Ate at hotel sala which was nice for a treat. Would definitely recommend as we had no complaints at all . Thank you

great little villa

Everything as expected. Kate was an absolute delight to deal with. The property was very clean. The tv was amazing, could get every channel imaginable including live bbc at home. Well equipped. Kate left some fruit and jam, water etc and crisps and biscuits which was handy. There is a shop 10 min walk but doesnt really sell fresh food but good for beer, eggs, milk, water etc. The 7 eleven further down is even worse. If going to do a lot of cooking suggest go to large supermarket for a shop in Chaweng. Salt and pepper provided but no oils or cling film so would have to buy everything. Saying that eating out is so cheap - we went to Mr. Eungs which is about 5 min walk away and ate there all the time. Food great, he was very funny. Need to book on a Saturday. Beach was very pleasant, spent the day there. Nice to come back to the cool villa and pool. Would recommend.

Beautiful, stylish, garden villa in Cheong Mon.

Had a great stay here for a week with my family. Loved the privacy and tranquility. This 2 bedroom villa is well appointed, very clean with all the mod cons and tastefully furnished. It has its own swimming pool and tropical garden areas to sit in and relax. Only a short distance from Cheong Mon beach and restaurants. It was great to be able to use the gym in the complex as well. A lovely secure compound with some stylish villas and good amenities. The hosts were attentive, helpful and quick in getting back to me with the booking. Very efficient. We will be back!

Best relaxing stay

We had a return stay in this villa. We have always enjoyed our stay the villa is very well equipped with all the necessary items for a great holiday. Excellent service an very handy to restaurants beach an shopping.

Beautiful Villa with private pool

This beautiful villa has all the amenities holiday makers would need. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and spacious. The private pool is perfect for a swim or a dip on a hot night and is surrounded by lovely tranquil gardens. There is plenty of outdoor seating and easy access from the open plan dining and lounge area. The bedrooms are a great size and have good storage space. The staff were extremely helpful. There were several restaurants a short walk away and we were only 10 minutes walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
