Extra services • Daily cleaning (€10/day, from 13:30 to 15:30; ask at booking time); • TRIPALL can take care of your laundry in 48 hours (0.70 €/piece); optionally, you can head to a laundry room 150 meters away • Transfers from and to the airport (€ 30 up to 4 people; € 45 for 4 to 8 people), regular tours to destinations in the north of the country and tours on request; all transfers and tours are carried out in vans with capacity for up to 8 people, per company with appropriate credentials of the competent Portuguese authorities. Rules and Warnings Thank you for reading the rules of the agreement contract made at reservation carefully: 1. Act as not permit the entrance of strangers at the building 2. Parties are not allowed in the apartment 4. Checkout must be untill 12:00 am 5. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; quiet hours are from 12:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. 6. Make an environment friendly use of the apartment, not extending shower, closing the heating when leaving the apartment, and so on 7. Always act so as not to deteriorate the apartment and its filling 8. Only use appliances for their intended uses 9. Do not wash clothes or place any wet objects in inappropriate places, such as cabinets or other furniture, wooden floors or others which deteriorate with moisture; there is a laundry in the vicinity 10. Do not carry out any apartment belongings, such as pillows, towels, books, cutlery or other 11. The septic is on a well state and is very effective. However, it will clog up if improper material is placed in it. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you can be charged for damages of up to €100 12. Smoking is allowed outside (windows and balconies) only 13. Entrance of pets is forbidden 14. Foreign guests are obliged to provide the identification data required by the Portuguese control authorities for foreigners, until the checkin or during the latter. It is a very cosy apartment in a very charming city! The location is fabulous! You can walk to Ribeira from there and is a really nice one.
