This apartment is bright, fresh, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It's on the top floor of a six story building and has a large balcony with sun all afternoon. The view is fantastic day or night! The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and near the beginning of the Promenade. It's an easy walk into Funchal or the other way towards the Forum. This is a great apartment but what really stands out for us is the wonderful people who manage it. Alex and Sveta are very kind and generous hosts who absolutely went above and beyond what anybody would expect (thanks for everything). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment!

The apartment was amazing.Fantastic view of the sea from the balcony.Anything you needed was there.Would recommend this apartment , it is in a great location.Nearby restaurants.Local pub.The hosts were very helpful.Arranged transport to and from the airport..

Words do not do this apartment justice. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well appointed with all necessary appliances plus more.The apartment block was also spotless ie lifts, corridors and all public spaces as well as having controlled entry.the shower was powerful with unlimited hot water thanks to a combi boiler.Very comfortable king size bed with loads of wardrobe space.Very large balcony with comfortable chairs.Suntrap in afternoon and pleasant for breakfast in the mornings.Fabulous sunsets. Location very good and within walking distance of many fine restaurants and supermarkets although it has to be said there are a few hills to climb however that is Funchal no matter where you are.With a hire car you can park in underground garage and get lift strait to flat. Owners Alex and Sveta very helpful should any problems arrive. Alex met us at apartment showed us around and explained all to us.All in all a great apartment and I could not recommend more highly.

Nous avons passé 12 jours de rêve à Madère grâce à ce superbe appartement très bien équipé avec vue imprenable sur l'océan dans un quartier vivant mais pas bruyant. Véritable havre de repos et de fraîcheur, car très bien orienté, après nos longues journées de balade et de découverte. Le balcon est encore plus grand que sur la photo et on peut y manger à 3. La banquette du salon dépliée est aussi confortable que le lit principal, ce qui est rare... les ronfleurs apprécieront ! Le parking sécurisé sous l'immeuble est un vrai plus pour garer la voiture de location. Enfin, les propriétaires, très sympathiques, accueillants et réactifs, fonctionnent sur la confiance sans être trop présents ce qui est très agréable. A recommander vivement

This is a lovely apartment , very clean and comfortable. Everything has been thought of that you could possibly need. The views from the large balcony are beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet, although within walking distance there is plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The bakery and the steak restaurant in front of the apartment are both excellent . The hosts Sveta and Alex are lovely people and we will definitely return ! Jane and Iain

Our third stay here. This apartment has everything you need for a great holiday and is in a prime location. The owners (Sveta and Alex) are extremely helpful and welcoming.

Maderia was the highlight of our month in Portugal and this accomodation was truly exceptional. Everything we needed was there, it was within walking distance to great restaurants and bars without being in the centre of the crowds. Fair warning: you'll do a lot of hills going up and down to the water and the restaurants/grocery store. If you have mobility issues, you should be aware. However, having said that, we WILL book this again when we return. :-)

Beautiful , well equipped apartment with lovey views. Well situated for what we like to do, close to the places we like to eat. Couldn’t be better!👍

This was our first time of booking an apartment via trip advisor- the process was very painless and easy. Our apartment in Funchal was amazing- the nicest we’ve ever had. The owners Sveta and Alex were so welcoming and helpful too. The apartment was well situated for getting out and about, the little coffee shop next to the apartment was brilliant for coffees and croissants, very cheap too. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped too. Sveta was very easy to contact and would always reply very promptly. If we returned to Madeira we would have no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.
