simply all perfect! the position between Alfama and Praça do Comercio.The house is so cozy and the kitchen has everything.

a nice apartment, very convenient and well located to visit Lisbon !
Very welcome by Philippe who gave us good advice for our visits! The apartment is located in a charming district, full of life and in the middle of the local life! Small balcony with sea view on the 4th floor (not recommended for people having trouble climbing the stairs). Very comfortable double bed, dressing room and large bathroom. with large kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc ...) Small grocery stores in the street to eat at the apartment or small restaurants in front of the Museum of Fado 5 minutes walk. Praça do comercio : 10 minutes walk, district undergoing renovation that will take value! In short, we can only recommend it! :); Thanks for our stay !

Super Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung
Das Appartement ist super als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung geeignet, es liegt mitten in der Alfama. Mit wenigen Minuten Fußweg ist man mitten in der Stadt znd erreicht alles touristischen Punkte sehr gut. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einige gute Frühstücks-Cafés.
Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Da wir jedoch den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir Küche, TV und der gleichen nicht genutzt. Aus dem gleichen Grund störte uns auch die Baustelle direkt vorm Haus nicht.
Wofür ich 1-2 Punkte abziehe, ist die Sauberkeit. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sauber, jedoch nur oberflächlich. Bei genauem Blick im Bad, ist alles nicht ganz so sauber. Für mich wirklich eklig war jedoch, dass alle Bettdecken einge Haare von Vormietern hatten. Es gab auch keine Bezüge um die Bettdecken zu überziehen.
Das Appartement selbst ist mit Koffern beschwerlich zu erreichen. Es liegt im 4.Stock ohne Aufzug. Darauf wird man aber im Vorfeld hingewiesen, also für mich kein Grund Punkte abzuziehen.
Die Kaution von 150€ bekamen wir problemlos zurück.
Alle Ansprechpartner sprachen sehr gut Englisch.

Good location
Bed, shower, kitchen - perfect.
The flat was very clean, that was very important for us.
The balcony was small, but 2 people could sit there, we enjoyed it!
