This wonderful apartment is located in Nations Park in Lisbon (17th floor), one of Lisbon's most modern and dynamic areas. With 100 m2, all rooms on this duplex apartment offer a panoramic view over the Tagus River.
You will find 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, both with ensuite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a dressing closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a Living/Dining room with an extra toilet and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The Apartment has access to 1 free parking space available for our guests.
Guests can enjoy their meals on the balcony, overlooking an impressive view of Lisbon, the Tagus River, and the Gare do Oriente designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. The dining and living room is very comfortable, with plenty of natura...

Fabulous apartment with spectacular views
This is a really great apartment . The view is spectacular by night and by day. The apartment itself is bright, very clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. It is really convenient to the airport, the train station and the shopping centre, with lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location view was amazong
This apartment was right near the train station and shopping an easy ride to all the sights. Loved the space and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Comfortable and the manager was very helpful

River view Apt 17th Floor
We enjoyed the stay! Great view of river from the balcony. Very quiet accommodations away from city center, but only 10 euro taxi to get there. Also right next to train station, shopping mall and restaurants. Nice apartment!

Location and View fantastic
We were taking part in the European Triathlon championships. This apartment could not of been in a better location, close to the train station, and the event was on the door step, we could see most of it from the balcony. The facilities were great, everything you could need. There is a super market 5 minutes’ walk located in the shopping mail at the bottom of the lift. They were very good with our check out time as well as we had a late flight we could keep the apartment until we had to leave mid-afternoon.
We felt truly spoiled staying here.

We liked everything!
Spacious and comfortable. The apartment met all our expectations. Excellent Wi-Fi. Two minutes walk from Meo Arena where we saw Muse in a great concert. Situated by the waterfront of the world exhibition area east of downtown Lisbon. Convenient Metro to the airport.

Magnifique appartement, accueil parfait
Je ne peux que conseiller ce magnifique logement situé au 17 et 18ème étage de la tour Sao Rafael. La vue est exceptionnelle, les commerces et les transports en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est bien équipé et l'accueil de Filipa toujours parfait ! Obrigado !

Great location with wonderful views
Filipa met us at the entrance to this 23 floor building with vies of the river. She explained all essential items and was on call during our stay. She arranged for a taxi on our departure day, as we were leaving at 4:30 AM. Her apartment on the 17th floor, is on two floors with the ensile 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a half bath downstairs. A balcony off the living room provides views of the river and beyond.
Restaurants and shopping steps away and public transportation across the street. Easy access to subway, local busses, hop on hop off busses and taxis. The taxi to the airport for 4 pax with luggage was €12.
Not in the center of Lisbon, which was a bonus for yes. Highly recommend this apartment!

My wife and I and another couple stayed in this apartment for five nights in early September. We were met by Filipa who explained the workings of everything and answered all our questions about the surrounding areas and the Lisbon transport system. I had booked the apartment through Felipa and found her very easy to deal with over the internet, and it was nice to meet her in the ‘flesh’.
The apartment is a two story unit – the two double en-suite bedrooms being upstairs, both with fantastic views over the Tagus River. Both rooms have electronic window blinds that can be lowered / higherd to suit your needs. There are plenty of cupboard and drawer space to completely unpack and feel at home.
Downstairs is the combined living / dining room and also a kitchen area, which is separate from the dining area. The kitchen has everything one required from a washing machine (which works well) to a fridge / freezer with plenty of freezer space (not just an ice making area). The balcony has a small table and a couple of chairs, but we added another two chairs and there was still plenty of room for evening drinks and nibbles. Each evening, on the balcony, we would chat about the day as the sun set and we relaxed with the cool breeze from the river. The balcony has the feel of a ship’s railing with open spaced bars.
The apartment was clean, free wi fi, TV with cable, and a spare toilet downstairs, in addition to the en-suits. Security was very good with guards on the main door, and an electronic card required to get in to the main building, and again in to the apartment on the 17th floor via a fast lift. The main door was closed for the night around 6.00 pm, but the garage side entrance was open all night with a guard in attendance – the side entrance was in a public area, not down a back alley.
Next door was a large shopping mall, and across the road, along the riverside foot path, were a number of restaurants. The metro station was across the road (other direction from the river) and once you’d used the ticket system once it was a breeze. Metro train to the centre took about 15 minutes for Euro 1.40 one way (about $1.80 US). If you use the metro keep you camera handy as the stations on this line are well worth photographing – some stations are very arty and others quite dramatic with huge pillars supporting the roof.
The only negative for us was the dog leg stairs to the bedroom. I’m 70 and my mate is 67 so moving the suitcases to the bedrooms required both of us for one case. A few years ago it would have been one case each, but age gets to us all.
We considered the rate paid to be good value and would stay there again next time we visit Lisbon.

The location was outstanding
My wife and a friend spent four nights prior to a group tour starting in Lisbon. We were met by someone that showed us the apartment, gave us the keys and answered any questions that we had. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and a multitude of activities. The apartment was comfotable and well equipped. The view from the portch was amazing. Would recommend without reservation.
