This stunning 4 bedroom villa that has been recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Located on the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso and just 15 mins walk into Carvoeiro. A perfect base for a group of friends or a couple of families.<BR><BR>On entering the property there is a 'home from home' fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens up onto an extremely spacious living area, with dining table, sofa and chairs, log fire (perfect for the winter). In addition there is WiFi, DVD player, ipod docking station and a selection of games for all ages. Patio doors opens up onto the very spacious terrace area, this hosts table and chairs and a lounging area. Sitting here you can chill out and watch the sailing boats past on the partial seaviews (access to the roof is strictly for owner...

Fantastic location for a family holiday
Having recently stayed at this villa I only have positives to report!
The villa has everything you could need and is kept extremely clean by an enthusiastic team. The pool bar and toilet are both great additions and we made good use of these when spending days around the pool.
We found the location to be ideal- 15 mins walk down hill to Carvoeiro town centre but only 5 mins walk from a supermarket and a small cluster of restaurants for those Lazy nights. We once got a taxi back from the rank in the town centre ok a particularly warm day and it was less than €5.
We generally move around from year to year but are seriously considering returning next year.

Perfect Family or Large Group Villa
This is a perfect Villa for a large family or group. Located 10 minutes walk from the town, all downhill, however, with small children we got taxi home. Taxis are plenty and very reasonable. The villa has good wifi and has smart TV which was ideal for the kids to have a bit of down time. The pool is large and the outside poolbar/kitchenette is amazing. The villa has everything you need and the living space is large giving you space to chill out. Would highly recommend this villa and area for a family holiday. Carvoeiro is a quieter area and perfect family destination. There is an abundance of delicious restaurants and would definitely recommend The Wolf Bar & Grill, The Chef's Kitchen and Onze restaurant.

Perfect family villa with everything you need
We stayed here in August, 2 families with 4 children from 6 - 10 yrs old. The villa has everything you need and was perfectly equipped. In particular the pool area is amazing with a pool bar and outside toilet perfect to enjoy a night in. It's spacious and clean. There's a supermarket nearby and restaurants and it's about a 10-15 min walk into the main town. The resort is perfect for families with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants and live free entertainment every night in the Summer. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Fabulous Villa
Just spent two weeks in this great villa with a group ranging from 5 to 78. All enjoyed it very much. The house and facilities were just fantastic. Spacious bedrooms all with good size bathrooms plus two extra. Generously equipped kitchen. Lovely big living room, dining room and terrace. Good WiFi. The pool was big and a nice shape. It was well maintained and plenty sun lounges and pool towels were provided. It had its own outdoor shower and a separate toilet. Beside the pool is a solid pool bar containing basically a second kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooking facility and Microwave as well as a large number of plastic glasses and cups to be used around the pool.
The location is also good. 10 Minute down hill walk to the town centre. For the return trip up a taxi is recommended. It cost us €3.90. Near the Villa are a number of Restaurants including a top class seafood place with spectacular views put into the sea.
Our stay was well prepared by Alex of Pac4Portugal who also very helpful to answer any questions and provided us with a nice welcome pack. Towels and bed linen were regularly changed by Fatima the property manager and her crew who also replaced a faulty shower head when asked immediately.
All in all a fantastic holiday.

perfect villa location
The villa is in a perfect location with only a 10 minute walk into town. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Maintained in very good order and a small shop close to hand for supplies. The pool was kept clean and was well used with the weather being so hot - the pool side bar ideal for keeping cold drinks to hand. Great for families or friends as 2 bedrooms ensuite and other 2 bedrooms have bathrooms right beside them so everyone can have their own. Well recommended.

Stay in 60 Quinta do Paraiso
Spent a week in this villa in Portugal. I must say the facilities where excellent and had averything we needed. We were a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. We made full use of the pool bar area with a cooker, fridge and freezer. The pool was an good size and we spent at least 3 nights in cooking bbq and using the pool.
We had one issue with an air con unit not working but Alex was prompt at arranging someone to come in and fix it. The cleaner Fatima came and was friendly and non intrusive but still informed us to contact her if we needed anything.
Nice touch of a welcome pack on arrival with the main bits like bread,cheese, milk and of course wine.
The on
Y down side was the villa is at least a 15minute walk away down hills from the main town and 20-25 difficult walk up and as we had a 87 year old with us we mainly used taxi's but at €5 each way was not a problem. Would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday.

Amazing Villa
The villa is amazing, large 4 bed 6 bathrooms, very clean and very well furnished, with plenty of places to sit and soak up the sun and look at the beautiful view. Not overlooked. Stunning pool and pool bar. Well situated for a 10 minute stroll into Carvoerio.
The villa is on the Parisio complex where there is a snack bar, another pool and small shop, for your basics. However, you do not feel like you are on a complex and the villa is very private.
The service we received from Alex at PAC Portugal was excellent, He was there to meet us on arrival and gave advice on restaurants and places to visit. He was also on hand if you had any concerns or questions. The villa is looked after by Fernando and Fatima, lovely people, and is cleaned to a high standard. The pool is cleaned regularly.
Travelled with freinds and 2 teenagers, we all had an amazing time.

Beautiful large villa - massive pool!
Just returned from a 2 week holiday at this villa.
Family of 8 - x2 children and x6 adults
BEDROOMS
4 bedrooms all on ground floor that can be made as doubles or as twin beds. Very comfy mattresses with Plenty of pillows. Each bedroom has its own safe and air conditioning.
2 of the bedrooms have an ensuite and the other 2 have their own bathroom across the hall.
LOUNGE
Sofa area with a book club, iPod dock, wifi and table for 8 people. Tv with usual European channels, Sky News and BBC News.
BALCONY AREA
Outdoor sofa seating and table and chairs for 8. Lovely view over the pool area. No access to roof of villa via spiral stairs due to owners request but nothing up there but a view.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen. We used dishwasher and washing machine all holiday. Oven very good and gas hob. Large fridge freezer also. All glasses and cutlery you would need - could do with a few extra oven dishes and a cheese grater! Other than that all ok.
POOL AREA
The villa has 8 very comfy sun beds with towels and 4 large umbrellas. 2 of the sunbeds broke on our first day and the owners came and replaced these the next day with brand new ones.
The pool is LOVELY! Very large with steps leading in the shallow end and fresh water. Cleaned twice during our two weeks.
The pool bar/kitchen area is a great idea and we mainly ate downstairs each night by the pool. We could store most of our drinks downstairs in the fridge and use the BBQ to cook. There is also a microwave and hob.
Pool area (and the pool) lights up at night - but could do with a few more lamps outside but didn't really matter.
Outside toilet and shower too to save going inside wet.
GROUNDS
Plenty of space to walk around and large driveway. Electric gates to get in and out. Few different washing lines to dry clothes and towels. Beautiful flowered borders - all very pretty.
SUPERMARKETS
Small onsite supermarket open daily. Not too expensive and provided daily basics.
We did a big shop per week at an Aldi and Apoloneia down the road. Was a €10 fare each way. Here we got all our food and booze. (Vegetarians :- the Apoloneia supermarket does a full Quorn and Linda McCartney range!)
GOOD TO KNOW.......
* wifi worked fine all holiday, all over the villa
* BBQ is coal but worked fine for us, large enough for 8
* Owners provide plenty of towels, robes and provided a small welcome basket with water etc on day one which was very nice.
* The villas location is good in the complex - very quiet and a 5 minute walk to local supermarket onsite.
* Large green bin at end of road to get rid of rubbish
* villa was cleaned 3 times I think over 2 weeks and beds changed once.
* Owners are VERY nice. They lent us their own food mixer to make a birthday cake and took our glass away for recycling. They also bought a small gift for one of our party who had their birthday during the holiday which was very thoughtful.
* the town is down quite a long hill and is about 20 minutes. To be truthful (although this has nothing to do with the villa) the town was a bit of a let down. Not much there.
* few ants around so take some ant powder and spray.
TO DO.....
* Slide and splash waterpark was good. €10 taxi each way.
* Massages and fish spa in town which were good.
* Boardwalk walk along cliff top ending at lovely bar
* Banana boat - €12 each for 15 minutes
* Few nice local restaurants with sea view if you fancy a night out
SUMMARY
Really lovely holiday in a great villa. Very hot and less than an hour from the airport. Would recommend the villa but would not go back to Carvoeiro again but don't let that put you off!

Lovely villa, comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished.
The villa has been furnished to a high standard in a very comfortable and relaxed style. The pool area with the outside kitchen, shower and toilet is a great addition making outside living very easy.
We would definitely go again and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Fantastic Villa, great location and a trusted agent that went the extra mile.
60 Quinta do Paraiso was a really lovely villa. Really well situated being maybe a pleasant 15 min walk (there, 20 min back due to the hills!) from the centre of Carvoeiro, 10 min from Monte Carvoeiro restaurants and bars, and only a couple of minutes from a local shop and nice Italian restaurant in the Quinta do Paraiso area. Pool bar area (which is really big enough to qualify as a small kitchen), means you can really make the most of the pool area. Very spacious inside with a large terrace/balcony and really big lounge area inside. Air conditioning is a blessing on especially hot days! Well kept, well specified and highly recommended. Alex (at Pac4Portugal) really went the extra mile finding this for us as well in finding a villa for our dates as we were let down by another property being withdrawn from another agents books which left us with already arranged flights but no villa for our dates. Very much appreciated. Communication was outstanding, and the breakage deposit was back in my account very shortly after we got back to the UK.

The area is great for walking, whether on the cliff tops, by the sea or through the country. Carvoeiro offers Banks, shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, beach, boat trips (to the Grottos). There is a restaurant and season facilities at Quinta do Parasio about 3 minute walk from the Villa. Most activities are close by, 3 golf courses, Horse riding, Tennis, 3 water parks in the area, shopping centres and more, see our website or contact us.<BR><BR>Coast/Beach<BR><BR>There are several pretty coved beaches in the area within 5-10 minutes drive including Centeannes and Carvoeiro. Wide sandy beaches are at Armacao De Pera Ferragudo & Praia Grande.<BR><BR>Golf<BR><BR>The 9 hole par 3 Vale do Milho golf course is within 4km and other more challenging courses are within 30 minutes drive. These include the Gramacho and Pinta courses on the Pestana complex, which are within a 5 minute drive. Championship courses include Vale da Pinta near Carvoeiro and the famous Penina course near Portimao. A golfers paradise.<BR><BR>Travel<BR><BR>Faro airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended to explore the general area but all local services are in Carvoeiro approx 10 minutes walk. Taxis are readily available<BR><BR>Attractions<BR><BR>Slide and Splash is 5 minutes drive and Zoomarine 20 minutes drive, just to mention a couple of the great attractions the Algarve has to offer.<BR><BR>Distances<BR><BR>Carvoeiro is about a 10 minute walk and the towns of Lagos, Silves & Portimao are up to 30 minutes drive. A leisurely day trip would include the Monchique mountains and Cape St Vincent with other areas of the western peninsula.
