Appartement idéalement placé au calme avec de nombreuses places de parking. Commerces à proximité. Appartement spacieux très bien équipé, literie excellente. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande vivement. Seul bémol la remise des clés compliqué et rapide avec des agents immobiliers qui ne parlent uniquement anglais. En résumé un grand Merci, car nous avons passé de super vacances

Komfortowy i przestronny Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, idealny dla grupy znajomych lub rodzin z dziećmi. Dwie łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, działająca pralka, duży taras w cieniu z kominkiem do grilowania sprawdzało się wspaniale. Restauracja na przeciwko, kawiarnia pod blokiem, blisko do plaży więc niczego nam nie brakowało. Żal było wyjeżdżać :-) Polecam!

Lovely apartment in a good location. Large apartment, well furnished and very clean. Air con is great! Nice balcony & BBQ area, all mod cons provided & more. Very competitively priced for the size & quality. Would definitely stay here again!

The Apartment really is exceptionally spacious and very well equipped. Some holiday rentals we have stayed at in the past have just the basics but that is not the case here, every mod con imaginable and a few more. Super comfortable beds too. George (the property agent) was also a great help and couldn't do enough for us. Armacao de Pera itself is a lovely town with all the required amenities and a good choice of local restaurants nearby. The local market had a great selection of fresh fish and produce at very reasonable priices. The area was peaceful at night with no noise or disturbances (drunks) and we felt safe at all times. Would definitely stay again

The appartment was very good and the location good.No noise easy parking and close to all services.However we were frustrated with the Tv no reception most of the time and the washing machine leeked.If these minor problems were put right we would gladly stay again Enter

Armacao De Pera isn't the most picturesque of towns comprising of a lot of high rise accommodation built 500 yards back from the lovely beaches. A very nice prom runs along the front with restaurants and shops, an older part with a few winding streets at one end. The apartment is 5 mins walk from the nearest beach although you do need to cross a 2 lane road to get to it, I would imagine it may be a bit intimidating with young children although we never found it too busy at any time of day. The flat is great if you just want to stay in the area and just go to the beach but also to use as a great base to explore the rest of the coast line and so a car would be useful. The apartment is very comfortable and situated on the 2nd floor of a 4 storey building. Access is restricted by a locked front door to the building, window shutters are fitted to all windows and therefore the apartment is very secure. Air con in all rooms, very comfortable beds and furniture, a nice balcony for breakfast (although it might be a bit tight for 6). Plenty of room everywhere else if 6 were staying. Well equipped kitchen with all mod cons although it was disappointing that the washing machine is still not working although highlighted in a previous review in July. I know, as was pointed out by the chap who met us on arrival, that 'You don't go on holiday to do your washing',but it would have been useful to be able to run beach towels etc, through to freshen them up. Towels and bedding were changed during our 10 day stay. As has been pointed out previously there is no pool but the beach is very close and if you fancy a change there's a very nice pool complex just round the corner that costs the same as 2 loungers on the beach for the day. Plenty of nice restaurants are within walking distance and on the whole we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The location of the apartment is very good - the beach is a 5 minutes stroll and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and very well designed but it's a shame that is not well kept. Everything was very dirty. The kitchen was disgusting and it certainly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. The floor in the bedrooms was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves when we arrived. The washing machine was leaking water as per a review posted in June. I checked with the owner before travelling if all appliances were working and was assured that was the case. I reported the leak on the second day after arriving. The property manager completely ignored us and so did the owner - complete silence from both of them after our arrival. The owner of the property confirmed the apartment had garage and, even though this was true, we couldn't use it because the property manager didn't know where the entrance was or what was the parking space allocated to the apartment. I found this unbelievable since they told me they had been managing the property for many years. It's a shame that the apartment is not managed efficiently as it has everything to be a luxury apartment, but it's very far from being so at the moment.

This has been the nicest, biggest apartment I have ever stayed in.... Its huge, comfortable and home from home. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it is. Booking was straight forward, directions were exact and meeting the rep for keys and information was great. If we needed anything all we had to do was call the rep and he was there to sort it out. I have got to say it is a fabulous apartment. The rooms are so spacious, beds so comfortable and the air con was a dream. The electric shutters on the windows and doors kept the apartment cool during the day. Having 2 bathrooms was another added bonus. For the first time on holidays we definitely felt we were not living on top of each other. We stayed in apt for 3 weeks and travelled up and down the Algarve so basically we seen a lot of resorts. During our 3 week stay the towels and bed clothes were changed once, the washing machine did leak and I know previous people on holiday had the same problem. Its something that can be sorted and should have been sorted for our arrival. The safe wasn't working but the rep was able to give me a key. The BBQ on the balcony needed cleaned and ashes removed. If it had of been cleaned for our arrival I would have used it and left it the way I found it. Its a pity the apartment doesn't have a pool. There is a pool to use across a main road but it is 8 euro a day per person. The advert does state having British channels which is not the case and play station didn't work for us. All my negatives can be resolved or removed from advert easily. If you like Armacao de Pera I wouldn't let my negatives put you off renting this amazing apartment but discuss these issues with the owner as they can be easily resolved. It really is home from home

We stayed in this apartment in July 3 pensioners who like to go out in the day but also like to watch English tv in the evening but when we arrived we were told that there was no English tv anymore if we had known this we wouldn't have booked it .1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person not good but we thought we have a washing machine let's wash them ..but the washing machine leaked we informed the agent and was told not to use washing machine or the dishwasher...the outside balcony was filthy there were cobwebs in the kitchen chipped crockery and the safe didn't work the agent did supply key for the safe after 3 days the good points are it's a large apartment with comfortable beds and the location was ideal and peaceful we have notified the owner of our complaints but have received no reply I wouldn't recommend this apartment if you pay for luxury you should get luxury

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem tollen, großen Appartement, die Lage ist wirklich Strandnah( 10 min. Fusweg). Das Apartment war im großen und ganzen sauber( ausser einige Kleinigkeiten, Grill war nicht geputzt, Toiletteneimer nicht geleert, Badlüftung komplett verstaubt usw). Einen Sternabzug gab es weil es keine deutsche oder portugiesische TV Programme zur Verfügung standen und die Elektrik im Hause ( auf englische Verhältnisse angepasst)etwas kompliziert. Z.Bsp. War ein Fön vorhanden aber mit englischen Stecker...mussten erst ein Adapter suchen...Zum Glück ein einziges gefunden das funktionierte . Die Standleuchten oder die im Schlafzimmer waren mir ein Rätzel...Die hatten keine an/aus Knopf, Touch ging auch nicht...funktionierten nicht, musste mir eine Leuchte aus den Wohnzimmer holen(einzige mit EU-Stecker) und ins Schlafzimmer stellen und in der Nacht ,wenn nötig, was sehen zu können. Das Bett war super groß und sehr sehr komfortabel, hab wunderbar geschlafen. Fazit : Wohnung Topp aber auf englische Gäste eingestellt, was ich sehr schade finde.
