Enjoy also the Pool table and table football.
We also offer free Wi-Fi high speed internet. We also have a private/covered car parking space in the villa.
Embrace the vibrant night life in the old town (10 minutes walking through a beautiful green park) with wonderful fish and meat restaurants and plenty of live music in most of the pubs. Not far (5-10 minutes driving) you will find the Algarve shopping or the famous local chicken piri-piri restaurants.

We stayed at the villa as a family group of 9 people, ages ranging from 11 to 50. The villa itself was very spacious and was within a very easy, enjoyable 15-20 min walk to the old town and beach area. (Taxis cost 4-5 euros back at night).
Pedro was very helpful throughout, allowing us to check in earlier and check out later. His mum, the house keeper, was also very nice and gave us a quick tour of the villa on arrival.
The pool area, although very small, was a great place to cool off after a day exploring the algarve. The shaded area provided some much needed cover during the heat of the afternoon, and the teenage boys particularly enjoyed using the pool table!
There are a few things that we feel could have been tweaked which would have made the villa much better. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE THINGS DID NOT SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY AT ALL - they are simply observations:
*Despite sleeping well on the whole, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable
*The villa is right on a very busy road. This did not disturb our sleep, however, heavy lorries and motorbikes passing throughout the day was not welcomed
*Many of the patio chairs and sunbeds were very tatty, broken and grubby. One of the chairs pinched the skin of my niece leaving a nasty bruise
*The pool walls need a good scrub! There was a layer of ‘scum’ along the top of the pool rim which needs proper cleaning
*There were 9 of us staying but there were only 7 bath towels
*We felt that there should be hand wash provided in each of the bathrooms
I know for sure that had I contacted Pedro or his mum, that they would have brought us extra towels, but we had extra with us so it wasn’t a huge issue.
Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday in a spacious, well equipped villa. The only thing that would really stop me booking here again was the proximity to such a busy road.

Perfect find
Had an amazing time all 9 of us, location very good 15 mins walk to the old town, lidl and aldi 10mins walk .and a taxi rank outside lidl. If no taxi ring the number on the board and you get an english option...we used this number to ring taxis from the villa too. Pingo doce supermarket 5 min walk to the right of the villa and good prices too. WiFi a godsend with the kids and we took our firestick too. Glovo app to order takeaways worked well too. Pedro his mum and sister were perfect hosts. We are definitely booking again when we can organise time off together, thanks Pedro and family it was perfect

Great Host
Pedro and his mum were excellent hosts. Accommodation was in a good location just a little walk in to the town centre where all the action happens.
Supermarkets within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay so thank you Pedro.

Really reccomend
Had a great week here at the end of August with family and friends . Easy walk into old town. We comfortably had 11 staying. Exceptional hosts and couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried. 100% will be back amazing value for money.

Great villa and fabulous holiday
We have just come back from a weeks stay at this villa, and had a great holiday. The villa was spacious; and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy. The showers have great water pressure. We spent hours around the pool, which is a lovely, and has plenty of space for loungers.
The owner (Pedro), was always very prompt with replying to emails, and was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage with his Mother before we were able to check in (we got there about 10am)..
The villa is in a great location. There are 3 supermarkets close by - Pingo Doce - turn right out of the villa, and a 5 minute walk. If you turn left out of the villa, and right at the roundabout, you will find Lidl and Aldi (5-10 mins walk, (although one of our group did use Uber to get back). The bus station is about 10 minutes away (left out of the villa, and straight on over the roundabout). We did a trip to Portimão/Praia da Rocha. The buses go to numerous places.
The villa is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the old town and beach - the walk is mainly away from roads, and is pushchair friendly.
The new town is about a 45 minute walk.
All in all, we had a fantastic holiday, and would recommend it.

Lovely villa in fantastic location, supermarkets, shops, bars and the beach are all within walking distance. My family all enjoyed their stay very much. Pedro (the owner) always replied to emails swiftly and his mum, who is the housekeeper was lovely and friendly.

Good time had by all
Grand Parents down to Grand Children all had a wonderful time.
Lots of hours were spent in the pool and on the the pool table.
The villa is roomy and comfortable.
Residentual but next to busy road but did not spoil the holiday

My family and I had a lovely time staying in this villa.
Everyone said how nice it was, very well situated for walking to town through the nearby park in the evenings.
And the local shop was very convenient and the staff very friendly and there is also a Lidl and Aldi within a 10 minute walk.
We had everything that we could need for a large group of 10 and the children had hours of fun in the pool.the pool table and football table also kept them entertained.
The villa is very well equiped with everything you might need ,the washing machine was particularly welcome with so many of us able to go home with clean clothes.
It was lovely to meet and talk with manuela (Pedro's mum) and the surprise visit for our anniversary was especially nice.
We would love to visit again some time in the future.

Excellent Stay
The Villa was more than we expected. A very clean house and pool.
It was a short distance form the supermarket and to the beach. The owner and his mom are very friendly, they are happy to help any way they can. .Highly recommended to rent
De villa was beter dan we verwacht hadden. Schoon huis alsook het zwembad.De supermarkt en het strand zijn dichtbij. De eigenaar en zijn moeder zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staan klaar om je te helpen. Een aanrader om te huren.
