Well located apartment in an unique area of Albufeira, near all the main facilities. Its location allows golfers to visit any of the 23 main golf courses around the city, in an area of 29 Km.
Excellent views over the Atlantic ocean, in a very quiet area where you get asleep with the ocean sounds. Very good for families with children, once you do not need to hire a car to get to places. Its privileged location, allows you to reach the beach in one minute walking and the centre of Albufeira in five minutes walking, where you are able to find all the facilities.
The apartment is well located for golfers who wish to play in one of the 23 golf camps existing in an area of 29 km around Albufeira.You can live a wonderful holiday time walking through the city, sightseeing, enjoying the beach, the restaurants, bars, and all the main entertainment activities that this place has to offer you.

Perfect Location
This was a perfect find for our stay in Albufeira. Everything was as advertised. Great location overlooking the ocean and quiet, not too close to the touristy noisy old town. Need to note that you have to climb 30 narrow steps to reach the second floor apartment. Beds a bit hard but you get use to them. Spacious, clean, and regular housekeeping services. Views are to die for.Great owners, helpful and available. you do need to phone ahead to lt the owners know when arriving so they can be there to give you the keys and orient you to the apartment

"wow"
Stayed at this apartment with partner and 2 friends. Could not fault it. It had everything we needed and more. It was very nicely furnished throughout and very comfortable. We ate every morning on the patio area, Sat out on the balcony and Sun bathed on the roof top terrace, terrace was well equipped with loungers even lounger mattresses and cushions. Perfect location with panoramic coastal views.

Breathtaking!!!
My friends and I had an amazing week in this beautiful apartment.
The owners (Olga and Jose) were lovely, they showed us the apartment upon arriving and were very very sweet, helpful and relaxed Throughout the week.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and has breathtaking views over the sea, it gave me chills every single time I walked into the living room.
Even with the warm july wheather, the aparment was the perfect temperature throughout our stay and there were plenty vans available, which we really liked.
It is ideally located, very nearby the old town and even the new city centre was walkable.
I recommend this apartment to everyone who is looking for relaxation and wants the real holiday feeling.

outstanding property,more than we expected.
make full use of balcony and sun terrace.no need to lie on the beach.very near to old town and use the train which runs every 20.minutes,4 euro all day usage.above all,enjoy every moment of this well equipped appartment.two weeks passed far to quickly.it broke our hearts to leave.Thank You,Jose you are a true gentleman.

Geweldig apartement, de beste locatie je kunt wensen.
Een schoon apartement met twee heerlijke dakterrassen waar ik en zes vriendinnen van hebben genoten, vanuot het apartement konden we haast de zee in springen. Eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben onze transfer geregeld. 1x per week werd er schoongemaakt. Er was geen airconditioning maar deze hebben wij ook niet gemist. Aan te raden aan iedereen die dicht het oude centrum wil verblijven en wil genieten van het strand!

Perfect Location - Amazing View
I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone. My entire family loved everything about the location and the proximity to the beach and downtown. The owners we quick with their responses prior to us arriving, assisted us with both the airport transfers and a day trip to Seville, Spain.
My in-laws loved that when they had too much sun they could sit on the patio and still watch the us on the beach and the kids play in the water.
The only thing that we wished we could find was a good grocery store to stock up on supplies in the apartment - most of the stores reminded us of little mini-markets.

Perfect name for a perfect apartment.
Just returned from a week long holiday with my six sisters. Had a wonderful time, the apartment is located close to everything, and fully equipped including a washing machine. and the view is spectacular. We were picked up at the airport and the owner was waiting to greet us on arrival at the apartment which was spotless. We went to sleep each night listening to the waves breaking. All in all a great place to stay and cant wait to go back.

FABULOUS ALL ROUND HOLIDAY
Four of us stayed at this apartment from 10/10/12 – 19/10/12, with an uninterrupted view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, going to sleep to the sound of the sea what more could you ask for, it was fabulous.
The apartment is ideally situated just 3 min walk to the escalator that takes you down to Fisherman’s Beach and The Old Town. The owners arranged our transfers and greeted us at the apartment upon arrival, they were more than obliging and very informative. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The weather was great too, our last day was rainy but we made the most of it, we were more than happy given the time of year.
We found the beach beds at the local beach to the left of the apartment and down the steps much cheaper than at Fisherman’s beach and the beach bar did a lovely large jug of Sangria.
We ate at the Louisiana at Fisherman’s beach a couple of times the food was good and so were the staff, if you want to experience some Fado try the Atrium.
It was fantastic to sit on the balcony of the apartment in the mornings and evenings and drink in the view, watching the comings and goings of the beach and the sea. Everything was spot on and we look forward to returning.
