Comfortable, sparkling clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the seafront promenade with views to the beach & marina. 104mb WiFi & free parking. Experience the real Tenerife in this beautiful fishing village just 25 mins drive from the airport. There’s a great choice of restaurants, 2 banks, a chemist & several supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. Golf course 2 miles up the road. We have a full tourist license, flatscreen TV, with BBC, ITV, C4 plus movies & Sports channels.
The AA Tenerife Guide describes Playa San Juan, South Tenerife as a “hidden gem”. This tranquil undiscovered resort, with its sweeping promenade, still has a little fishing fleet. There are two beaches with beach bar, toilets & changing rooms & a diving school in the resort. Free parking literally next door

Fantastic apartment!
We’ve stayed in this beautiful apartment many times now and keep coming back! So clean, so comfortable and a spectacular location right on the beach! Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and really comfy mattresses, so we always sleep very well here! Definitely coming back again!

First class, spotless apartment
We stayed for 3 weeks & had an amazing time. The apartment is situated right at the beach and we loved taking long walks along the seafront. There are so many quality restaurants within walking distance, we were spoiled for choice. We loved the free parking & authentic Canarian feel to the village. We’re definitely coming again!

Great location
A very comfortable and spacious apartment close to the beach and cafés. It’s well-equipped and a great base for making the most of Playa San Juan and exploring further afield. Well-stocked shops are close by and a few really excellent good value restaurants.

Lovely, homely apartment in the perfect location. Right next to the beach, the harbour and the town's best bars and restaurants.
Immaculately clean and with all the home comforts you could want. And a very responsive owner!
Check out the whale watching and sightseeing activities.

We love Playa san Juan & the apartment is perfect
The apartment is privately owned and it shows. The fittings and furnishings are spotless and high quality. Internet connection really good. We have stayed here 3 times! San Juan is a few miles from Playa de las Americas, but feels a million miles away. Very Spanish- lots of locals in the square and in the restaurants

Hidden gem
This apartment was a real find. Perfect location for those seeking a relaxing break. The accommodation is first class and with the beach right outside the door who could ask for more! San Juan is a lovely seaside town with many fabulous restaurants and NO NIGHT CLUBS which was perfect for us retired people. Will definitely be back!

Everything we need in peaceful town
We have visited in Playa San Juan for many years and love its relaxed an quiet atmosphere.. Last two trips were to this apartment, which has everything - close to the beach but up a peaceful side-road, still with a sunny aspect toward the beach from the balcony in the late afternoon. Really handy to have two bathrooms, and everything works well - especially the wifi. Always kept clean, with helpful owners with whom it is a pleasure to book.

Beautiful apartment
Superb apartment with sea view! This was perfect for us as the beach was right outside our door. Great variety of restaurants. We always sleep so well in this apartment as the bed is very comfy and the village itself is quiet at night. This apartment will always be our first choice! Thank you!

Amazing Spacious Clean Apartment in great location.
We have just returned back from our stay in this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived it was immaculately clean. The decor is tastfully done and it is very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The situation is ideal, which is walking distance to the beach just outside the main entrance. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by for an early evening drink. We will defiantly return to this superb apartment and would recommend it to our friends.
