Holiday Home 'ieperlee 23' is a 3 bedroom town house for max 6 persons in the historical centre of Ypres. You rent the full house with private entrance. It's a charming cosy decorated holiday home - apartment on 5 min. walk of the St. Georges Memorial Church and the Grand Market Place. It houses a fully equipped kitchen, new boxspring beds and fresh bedlinnen, bathroom with walk-in rainshower and separate bath, toilet, double washtubs. Sunny terrace. Free parking at 50 m, free WiFi.
Supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants and pubs within 100 m.
Museums (In Flanders Fields and Yper-museum), Last Post at Menin Gate (8 pm every day) at walking distance.

Self check-in by code is possible from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am, flexible. Please bring your own towels. Beds are made up on arrival.
HOUSERULES:
1. Please bring used glass bottles at the glass container at Astridplein (2 min. walk).
2. Recycle paper in box and PET-bottles in blue sac.
3. Use plastic bags for trash (black container on terrace)
4. Please empty the bins and dishwasher when leaving
5. Bring bedsheets downstairs before check out - put them on the sofa
6. Close the front door.

Excellent 3 bed home, just off centre of Ypres. Amazing stay
Not just a house but felt like a home, the 3 king size beds were very comfortable lovely size rooms. The bathroom was amazing with large bath and lovely large walk in shower. Everything needed was in the kitchen. Very happy with our choice of accommodation. Wifi worked well. The house is just off the centre of town, short 5 minute walk and you are there. Free all day parking on the street behind the house. Cannot recommend highly enough. Jo the owner was lovely and called around to check all okay. Very much a hassle free stay and hassle free booking this property. 5 Star property.

A lovely house in the beautiful City of Peace.
This is the best place to stay to immerse oneself in WW1 memorial.

Authentiek en gezellig huis aan de rand van het centrum
Wij hebben de Kerstdagen en Oud & Nieuw 2021 doorgebracht in Ieperlee 23. Wat een prachtig en gezellig ingericht huis! Bij binnenkomst stond er tot onze verrassing een heerlijk welkomstpakket voor ons klaar waar we tijdens de vakantie heerlijk van hebben genoten. In het huis waren enorm veel folders en info te vinden over dingen die in de omgeving te doen zijn. Wij hebben ons 10 dagen prima vermaakt, wat een gezellig stadje en indrukwekkende Last Post. De badkamer is zalig groot met een goede douche en groot bad, de bedden slapen heerlijk en in de keuken is alles te vinden wat je maar nodig hebt. Wat ook fijn was dat Jo heel snel op een appje reageerde zodat je snel antwoord op je vragen kreeg. Wij vinden dit een absolute aanrader en hopen zeker nog eens terug te gaan.
