Location
Very convenient.
No air conditioning on second floor ( my Apt) with temp in 80's. Did get fans upon request next day.
Customer service is good during banking hours. Don't expect any one to respond for emergencies at night or after hours.
You do get prompt response next day after Office opens. No emergency numbers.
Close proximity to most locations and Brussel central station.
Overall expensive but a decent choice.

Absolutely Recommending this Apartment
One of the best apartments that i have ever been to; nice decoration and facilities. Agent was friendly and helpful. Check in and out are done with ease too. the confirmation of cancellation of the deposit will be sent via email, which i find it really considerate.
furthermore, the location was great too - at the heart of Brussels, within walking distance to most landmarks. also, just in case you need any medical treatment, there is a pharmaceutical shop like Boots just across the road.

Super séjour à Bruxelles
Superbe appartement, bien situé. Magnifique décoration inteireure. L immeuble possède aussi un ascenseur.
Une seule salle de bain par contre, avec 3 ados et 2 adultes ....nous étions un peu restreints.
Facilité d accès, tous les commerces et endroits à visiter sont proches. Distance de marche fort agréable. Il n y a pas d air climatisé.
