76 steep stairs to climb. Rodent problem. walked in to rodent droppings on the bed, and in the living area. beds were changed again but cleaners left the dropping on the dinning chair and on the window frames. no compassion from the owner. noise from trams kept us up all night - get some ear plugs you will need them.

We stayed here for almost a week with a big group of friends and our 3 month old baby. The place is in a beautiful neighbourhood, very convenient, great museums, restaurants cafes, and a supermarket, right next to the tram and buses to and from the airport. the apartment itself is spacious, high ceilings and big windows, lots of light, the decoration is cold and sterile but acceptable. All in all is a really good place...

When they say 2nd floor - NO!!! it's on the FOURTH FLOOR (to American's). To Europeans who consider the first floor to be the ground floor, it's still 3rd. Counting the vertical windows, there are FOUR - you are on the TOP of the building! There are 55 narrow steps (your foot won't fully fit on a step) to this apartment. There is one slightly wider step/landing at what would be about the second floor...
