Room 1 is a double room in an old Villa on Zuriberg at Toblerplatz with a small shared kitchen and two shared shower rooms. There are also two separate shared WC's. There is a Garden with seating and BarBQ making facilities for guests to use. The Villa is close by to a number of supermarkets, restaurant and Bistro. There is public transport stops on the doorstep for both trams and Bus services which take you into the city centre in minutes in one direction and the city Zoo, FIFA and forest in the other direction.

House rules are simple, strictly no smoking in the house, there is a dedicated smoking balcony on the first floor and smoking in the garden is allowed. No Pets are allowed. No parties are allowed Respect for other guests at all times by keeping all shared areas clean especially the shared facilities such as WC's, Shower rooms and kitchen area.
