This was the second time we stayed in Zora. It was perfect the first time so we thought 'why try a different one'. I love the view of the Matterhorn. The chalet is clean and new and in excellent condition. The bathrooms are big with quality fixtures. The place does not look like it was "built to rent". It is in a great location, 5 minutes from the main train station. There is a medium sized grocery store (Denner) 2 minutes away, and the big Co-op is 6 minutes away, right beside the Gornergrat railway station. The "agent" guy is great. On arrival they had put milk, jam, bread, chocolate, cold-cuts etc. in the fridge. He met us at the train station. He offered to get us an electric taxi, but since we were there for exercise he helped us roll our suitcases to Zora. Ditto on checkout. One night the microwave blew up. Hey, it happens. We had a new one the next morning. I highly recommend this Chalet.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Zermatt! From the balcony, we get a good view of the Matterhorn. The supermarket is a couple of minutes by foot, and so is the train station! The apartment itself was spacious, with the well-equipped kitchen coming in extremely handy as we could cook for the family. The team managing the chalet were very accommodating and friendly, I would say going above and beyond what we would normally expect. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had the most amazing time. I am so happy we went through Mountain Exposure for our booking!! They are a top notch Chalet booking company. They go above and beyond and guided us through all of our AMAZING experiences! If we needed anything they were at our front door! Honestly don’t use anyone else!

We loved our stay in this condo. Mountain Exposure are great to work with. We would have no hesitation booking with them again. The condo is ideally located for accessing the train station, gondola lifts and groceries--and provides great views of the Matterhorn. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. This was our first visit to Zermatt and we loved it. There are so many great hikes that provide views of the Matterhorn and glaciers. We look forward to returning in the future.

This chalet was a fantastic experience, everything was sparkling clean, nice bathrooms, kitchen was well equipped, linens and towels were clean and comfortable. We loved the location of the chalet, it’s an easy walk into town. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, you have a direct view of the Matterhorn. The mountain exposure team is extremely helpful with anything you need during your stay. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Very nice stay hosted by Mountain Exposure. Easy transfer from train and hosts were excellent - explaining everything in the Chalet and Zermatt recommendations. Chalet was very accommodating for our family of 5. Plenty of room, very clean and appliances were new. All the comforts we needed on our journey. Matterhorn views were incredible from balcony overlooking the village. Glacier Paradise is highly recommended- highest cable car in the world. Exhilarating travel experience and not crowded at the top. Gornergrat trip was great, many beautiful pictures of Matterhorn and restaurant/ lunch was good. Zermatt has many shops and bars. Grocery stores & shops close early - so plan ahead.

Our stay at Chalet Zora was outstanding, and ever more outstanding was our host - Bronagh. Bronagh was proactive in reaching out to us well before our date of stay. From there on, we reached out to her for any small concern we had and she answered with utmost patience and care. She showed us into the house and made sure we were comfortable in every respect. Coming to the chatel, it’s fantastic. Spacious, well decorated, and with a view of the Matterhorn - something you’ll find in very few houses in Zermatt since buildings are lined up one after the other, unlike Chalet Zora which has a big open garden on front of it giving mindblowing views from all corners. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms well made and the hall well designed. The balcony is a great place for breakfast and evening tea alike. Moreover, it’s located close to the main street with multiple supermarkets at walking distance. All in all, will highly recommend the Chalet!

We booked our chalet through Mountain Exposure and would highly recommend! From the first moment we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in figuring the perfect place for our family. Chalet Zora is well located and nicely appointed. Better than anything though is their concierge service. Kostas, our concierge handled every detail for us - restaurant reservations, lift tickets, ski guide, transfers to/from train station, a doctor's appt, and the list goes on. When I needed to make a last minute change a restaurant reservation, he would respond immediately within minutes. He truly made our visit to Zermatt go smoothly.
