The whole apartment has been renovated and refurbished in November 2014 and at the same time it has been equipped with new furnishings and accessories. The unit offers free WiFi and is fully equipped with everything that is necessary (bed linen, towels, electric appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, all kitchen utensils and initial supply of all cleaning products, Tv set, hair dryer, iron, drying rack, ironing board ...). Although the entrance to the property is located on the ground floor and is very comfortable for guests with luggages and for persons with limited walking abilities, the windows and the balcony are facing the first floor. The unit is a self catering accomodation - no meals are included in the price of the apartment. Anyway, the guests have also a possibility to join the breakfast, half-board or full-board option with the meals served in the nearby bar and restaurant. The accomodation is a non smoking unit and it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. As the apartment is a part of a residential area in the historic centre, no parties are allowed in the unit and the guests are required to respect all the rules including the respect of the night sleep and avoiding violent noises during the night time.More
