E’ situato in prossimità (meno di 500 metri) del bosco di S. Francesco, sito del FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italia), luogo ideale per passeggiate ed escursioni in mezzo alla natura. La Basilica di San Francesco dista circa 1,8 km. Il casolare AD USO ESCLUSIVO, ha un’ampia cucina con focolare, da cui si accede tramite un portico o da una veranda che ha una splendida vista sulla Rocca maggiore di Assisi. Proseguendo una grande sala con camino a pellet vi accoglie per accedere alle camere. Il casolare ha complessivamente 5 camere matrimoniali/doppie tutte con bagno privato e doccia/vasca. Casolare Santa Margherita
This home in the Assisi Countryside is unforgettable! Close enough to get to the city and enjoy all of its religious and cultural charms yet far enough away to recollect in vast nature and beauty! The home has plenty of room with very nice separated rooms and baths. My family of 11 had plenty of space! The pellet stove was wonderful in February and the kitchen was excellent for anything that we needed. The views from the windows were stunning and we could easily have stayed for 2 weeks at this location.

SUPER CONSIGLIATO!
Questo casale è stato perfetto per ritrovarsi ad Assisi insieme ai miei amici. La grande cucina e i 5 bagni (ognuno con la sua doccia) sono il massimo del confort per un gruppo numeroso :)
Abbiamo trovato tutto molto curato e pulito! La posizione è strategica per raggiungere la città anche con una bella passeggiata!

An unforgettable family reunion, the time of our lives there!
We organized our family reunion this Christmas in Assisi and we are so glad we picked the casale owned by Roberto and Benedetta. They were perfect prior, during and after our staying. Very attentive, proactive and nice, they made us feel at home every day of our 8-days staying. We were 10 of us and the casale is perfect for a large group of family/friends. With its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms organized on multiple floors, it provides privacy and space to everybody while staying together. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms are big and well equipped. Kitchen is spacious and completely functional with all the needed utensils. The location of the casale is the best part. Immersed among olive trees, it provides a nice view of the Assisi fortress and Assisi is not far, reachable after a nice walk. The casale is very comfortable also in winter due to modern heating and cozy fireplaces, both in the kitchen and living room. The villa also features an elevator and a nice outdoor pool.
Roberto was extremely available for any questions and last-minute needs and they even provided us with the contact for a private chef.
We can only imagine how great is a vacation there in summer, hoping to experience that soon!

Il posto perfetto per un soggiorno in... famiglia!
Abbiamo passato 4 giorni perfetti, il casale è molto grande e confortevole. Eravamo tre famiglie di amici e tutti avevamo camera con bagno privato (bambini inclusi), l'ampia cucina poi ci ha permesso di cenare tutti insieme comodamente.
La posizione ottima a due passi da Assisi ma anche comoda per visitare le altre cittadine umbre vicine.
E noi ci siamo stati di inverno, poter sfruttare anche il giardino e la piscina immagino renderanno il soggiorno ancora più piacevole nei mesi estivi.
Torneremo!

Perfect
This was the perfect holiday house for a group of families (3) spacious, all bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, enough room inside and out for all ages without being on top of each other. And for extra privacy there is outside accommodation for a couple or even a small family. The pool is huge so no problem with space there either. It is of one depth which means parents aren't constantly worried about the deep end.
Close enough to walk to Assisi (which demands repeat visits). Santa Maria Degli Angeli is well worth a visit too. Roberto was an excellent host, so welcoming and so understanding about all the various ages we had and spoke perfect English which was a huge help. It was a hugely successful family holiday.

Meraviglioso...
Siamo stati ospiti di Roberto e Benedetta per 4 giorni a fine giugno. Eravamo 3 famiglie per un totale di 11 persone (8 adulti e 3 bambini). Bellezza mozzafiato, confort e relax...l'anno prossimo torneremo sicuramente a trovarmi !!!

Perfect venue for a relaxing family holiday!
This is a great property with everything you could need and more. We were a group of 2 families, 8 in total and there was plenty of space inside and out. It's in a very peaceful and tranquil location yet only a 10 minute walk to the local restaurant, which serves very good food and wine. The whole booking and checking in process was very smooth with plenty of communication from the owners. During our stay Roberto was very helpful with recommendations and even made our restaurant booking for us. We would definitely recommend.

Raccomandato per esplorare l'Umbria. Cascinale spettacolare.
Il cascinale è semplicemente stupendo. Silenzioso, vicino ad Assisi, comodo, spaziosissimo, con piscina enorme e completo di ogni confort.
Benedetta e Roberto poi sono stati straordinariamente gentili e disponibili.
Possiamo solo raccomandare questo cascinale.

Great stay
We booked this trip with 8 people and had a wonderful time. The house had all we needed. Very nice rooms and each room has its own bathroom. We had all the luxury we needed. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and they had a huge garden to play in. We went to Assisi several times and there are some very good restaurants.
If you like a wine tasting, we can really recommend the winery Cantina Cenci. It's the 50 minute drive more than worth! An other great tip is buying some olive oil from Roberto himself. You really taste the difference with the olive oil you buy in the supermarket!
In one word, our holiday was: GREAT

Cousin Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this well equipped and comfortable home. We were 5 couples 4 from Italy one from US. The home is both charming and modern, a great spot for a large group while assuring privacy for all. Due to the favorable location we were easily able to visit Perugia Assisi Spoleto Spello Montefalco take many local walks of great interest.
We wanted for nothing that was not provided on arrival.
