Casa Vittoria ,per me e la mia famiglia,è stato un piacevolissimo ritorno.
A pochi passi dalla splendida Assisi,si apre un' oasi di pace e serenità .
Dopo la grande sofferenza a causa delle varie chiusure per pandemia,aver trascorso il Capodanno in questo luogo,ci ha ridonato finalmente forza e speranza per un futuro migliore!
I proprietari sono persone splendide,sempre attente e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza o necessità .
L' appartamento è squisitamente arredato,confortevole ed in qualsiasi istante del proprio soggiorno,ci si sente ospitati con calore,attenzione ed affetto!
Insomma,un' esperienza da provare e riprovare!

Ottimo appoggio per vacanze nel cuore dell'Umbria
Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni, eravamo 2 coppie e ad ognuno è stata assegnata una camera con bagni separati.
La struttura è su due livelli, con un giardino molto ben curato.
Michela, la proprietaria, si è rivelata una persona gentilissima che ci ha accolti con grande ospitalità e si è resa disponibile anche a darci consigli sui luoghi da visitare e gli itinerari da seguire.
Sarà il mio appoggio ogni volta mi troverò nei paraggi.
Consigliatissimo!

Meravigliosa
Casa molto bella e accogliente perfetta per famiglie con tre o quattro figli, a cinque km da Assisi, situata in un posto tranquillo in mezzo alla natura. Michela ed Alessandro gli host sono due persone splendide e molto disponibili. Se torneremo ad Assisi sicuramente ci torneremo.

BELLISSIMO. COME A CASA PROPRIA
Il nostro è stato un soggiorno perfetto, il posto è molto tranquillo, l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e la cucina è ben fornita di tutto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la possibilità di utilizzare anche i prodotti dell'orto ed infine da sottolineare la gentilezza di Michela. Sicuramente se ci troveremo di nuovo in zona, ci torneremo.

Ottima sistemazione a pochi chilometri da Assisi
Ottima casa ristrutturata situata a pochi chilometri da Assisi, all'interno del Parco del Monte Subasio; la città si raggiunge da via Renzo Rosati a poca distanza dal comodo parcheggio di Piazza Matteotti. Pulizia e dotazione della struttura ineccepibili; eccezionali la cortesia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari che hanno accolto la mia famiglia e me facendoci sembrare come a casa nostra.
Per gli amanti delle escursioni a piedi o in MTB, dalla vicina frazione Costa di Trex, parte un sentiero sterrato che conduce prima all’Eremo delle Carceri e, volendo, fino alla cima del Monte Subasio.

un soggiorno paradisiaco
Il posto e' semplicemente stupendo immerso nel verde e nella piena serenita' , ottimo per le famiglie, i nostri figli gia' ci chiedono quando ci torneremo! La casa e' fantastica ha tutti i confort e' funzionale accogliente e di gran gusto! il proprietario Alessandro e' una persona davvero squisita come anche i vicini che abbiamo trovato! ci torneremo spesso sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che cercano un confortevole paradiso! un vero incanto!

An amazing view and made really welcome
A modern and really newly decorated villa. The beds are really comfortable and Michela and Alessandro were lovely. Couldn't do enough for us. the view was amazing and we had a wonderful time.
Only things to take in to account is the spiral staircase if you have an elderly guest. Plus the road to the villa is quite long and windy. The local supermarket was very handy though.
Would definitely go back again.

Splendid setting for a stay in a very good apartment
A warm greeting from Alessandro who provided us with samples of the family's wine and oil. Good array of cooking pots, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Large fridge/freezer. Comfy beds, plenty of room, towels and bedding. Effective central heating. Very useful fly screens.
The dogs on the farm can be noisy but very friendly.
Very quiet location with excellent views of the countryside and easy scrambles down a tractor track to the river valley below for some great walks. If you are there during the right season there is fresh produce and herbs to be gathered from the garden and a well endowed fig tree - delicious!
While this apartment is part of a small group of dwellings belonging to the farmer and family, their occupants accepted us as visitors in a welcoming and friendly way but not over effusive and allowed us to remain private. We did not feel that we were intruding at all.
12 min drive to the nearest carpark in Assisi (1.25 euro/hr or so).
We would very happily return.
