Loved this apartment. Larisa greeted us immediately upon our arrival and was the perfect host! She did a great job providing an overview of the apartment and nearby amenities. The apartment is well appointed. My travel companion and I agreed - we could live there! We will be back. Without hesitation, I would recommend this apartment to family and friends. We will be back!

We stayed at this apartment a year ago and loved it so much we came back. It is so bright spacious and comfortable and perfectly located. Larisa was so helpful and the addition of Netflix on the TV was a welcome upgrade since our last stay. You cant go wrong choosing this for your stay in Lucca.....Ken & Veronica

Good apartment. Plenty of space and facilities, bed not great and the pillows a bit lumpy. Lucca wonderful. Brilliant walks, shops and places to visit. Larisa OK- not always receptive to our, minimal, requests. She blamed it on having ' a bad few days' Oh well. Happy to recommend Orsucci to others.

L'appartement est parfait et parfaitement situé pour visiter cette ville historique dont on ne se lasse pas . Laissez votre voiture au parking Mazzini ( parfait lui aussi) et vivez une vie de piéton dans ces rues étroites et pittoresques . La relation avec Stéfano et Paola est excellente , de même avec Larissa , ils font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable . Je vous recommande à tous cette location , vous ne le regretterez pas .

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully renovated with every convenience you could ask for. A bonus was that the very pleasant owners speak excellent English.

Dotato di ogni comfort, moderno e antico unito in un design sorprendente! Luminoso, silenzioso e con una bellissima vista sulla torre Guinigi! Vicinissimo a bar, ristoranti e punti di interesse! This is so easy to praise. We walked from the train station, met the wonderful Larisa , open the door straight off the street into a European foyer with loads of bikes then 48 stairs( not too hard , 2 floors but good for working off a gelato !) to a spacious, tasteful, private, lightfilled but quiet apartment with everything you need , including a comfortable big bed, fast wifi & fly screens . We ate a simple breakfast, had a caffe every morning at a bar 15 m away, grabbed warm bread another 50 walk, around the wall of lucca every morning or night. Walk to restaurants, up towers, concerts at churches. We spent 2 weeks based in lucca- loved the option of grocery shopping for fresh ingredients and cooking for ourselves as well as many delicious meals out. Hired bikes, caught trains to cinque Terre , Fo rte Dei Marmi. Wine tastings and cooking lessons. Great times.I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I ever get the chance to return.

Location, Location, Locattion ! Lucca is a the most wonderfully Romantic & pedestrian friendly location we have visited without the traffic of Rome or crowds of Florence. Enough to do, Ambience to soak up, Food to enjoy and Opera for beginners or experts without breaking into the bank ! Can't recommend (for the price) Lucca or this apartment highly enough. Manuela the Swiss Manager was most welcoming, professional & helpful. Listen to her suggestion about Car-parking and or Taxis. We had visited for a few hours years ago and set ourselves the promise of returning for a week. We were not wrong.

What can I add, the photos say it all. With the exception of the magnificent fresco ceiling and walls in the bedroom, a work of art. On the practical side the apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay. The location is very good within the walls of Lucca. Larisa, the owners assistant is very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is easy. At the time I booked, the apartment only had one review, so I was a little hesitant about handing over a bond of 300 Euros in cash, however, there was absolutely no problem with our bond being refunded on check out. We drove to Lucca and found it was easy to park at Mazzini Parking (underground), just inside the walls and wheel our bags to the apartment. A word of warning for those with mobility issues the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 weeks in June 2014. The pictures don't lie. It's a remarkable apartment with absolutely every thing you need. Spacious, light, very comfortable and in a great location inside the walls. We were met by the owners representative, Larisa who was very helpful and also provided us with some good recommendations. The whole booking process direct with the owners was easy and straight forward, directions were easy to follow and we were met on time upon our arrival. This was our home away from home, and it definitely felt like it. Our time in Lucca was wonderful and this apartment made it all the more special. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you Paola, Stefano and Larisa for providing us with an apartment that allowed us a beautiful Lucca experience.
