Casa I Ghiacci is located at the centre of Tenuta Vallelunga a 300 hectares property, 5 km from the sea as the crow flies., 3 km from the main highways and roads to reach cities and point of interests, and 15 km from Pisa International Airport Galileo Galilei. Casa I Ghiacci is on top f a hillock surrounded by woods and fields, cool in summer with a pool placed in a sunny spot just in front of the huge garden's house. Supermarket and shops are at a distance of 3 km Casa I Ghiacci has four apartments, of (85 sq m), one with terrace and two apartments of 50 sq. m.one with a terrace. A 6 x 12 m pool (1,40 m deep and 2,50 m deep) (surrounded by a fence) Ground floor laundry room.
