Omg. This apartment is fabulous
It even has a dishwasher. The bed is great. Love the terrace and are eat breakfast there each morning. Florence is a tough city to maneuver, but here many of the primary attractions are nearby and Amy service you need. Even a real gluten free pizza for me was a special treat

I chose this flat three years ago because it seemed idealic. Then my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, then Covid hit. When everything finally calmed down, I booked our trip. I had wanted to go in May but it was.booked, so I changed it to March. The.very first night of our 12 night stay we had issues with the water. I let the manager know. The water went ice cold and quickly turned scalding hot. Long story short, the hot water heater needed to be replaced. We were told that the owners were stunned because this had never happened before-which is a bizarre statement! They said that if we left the next day they would give us half our.money back. I explained that our flight was in three days and we would have to spend more money to book a hotel or change our flight. Then the manager said he'd pay us on the 21st. Its the 24th and I've never heard anything more. We had to boil pans of water.and.bring that into the.shower every night! I communicated !any times and was basically brushed.off for the.first week. I'm very, very upset!

Sono molto dispiaciuto per quello che è successo e se il vostro soggiorno non é stato di vostro gradimento.
É la prima volta che accade una cosa del genere nella nostra struttura, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi e nessuna lamentela riguardo il funzionamento della caldaia.
A testimonianza di ciò le numerose recensioni positive.
Purtroppo lo scaldabagno essendo elettrico, dopo ore di utilizzo continuo finisce l'acqua ma provvederemo alla sostituzione per permettere l’utilizzo di ore sotto la doccia a tutti i nostri nuovi ospiti.
Vi abbiamo inviato un tecnico per controllare il problema,
Vi abbiamo offerto un rimborso della metá del vostro soggiorno più il costo delle utenze e delle pulizie dal momento che per voi era un disagio continuare a pernottare nella struttura.
La vostra risposta é stata che il costo per andare a dormire in hotel era troppo elevato e quindi avete scelto di rimanere in appartamento fino alla fine della vostra prenotazione.
Siete tornati a casa ed avete chiesto un rimborso della prenotazione, non accettando quello che vi avevo proposto.
Ripeto mi dispiace se non sono riuscito a farvi avere il soggiorno , desiderato spero che i prossimi ospiti saranno felici di godersi al meglio le meraviglie della cittá di Firenze.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location.
Located within sight of the duomo this apartment is superbly located, nestled within a varied group of restaurants and in easy walking distance of all the major tourist locations. The apartment is situated in a typically charming old building and is accessible both by stairs and by lift although it is not wheelchair friendly. I found the rooms to be more spacious than they appear in the photos but certainly just as clean and bright. The terrace spans both the living room and the bedroom, their are split shutters as well as curtains, and a motorised canopy for shade or shelter from the rain. Highly recommended.

What a lovely location for the apartment - very central! This of course has benefits, but can be a little bit noisy in the evenings. Gorgeous apartment - has everything you need and our hosts were very helpful and attentive...we'd go back for sure :-)

Apart from the bed it was great
Such a shame the bed was so awful as the rest of the apartment was great. The attention to detail was great and apart from the temperamental toilet everything was new and worked well. However do not consider this apartment if you are on your honeymoon or considering any romance as the bed was so hard and uncomfortable ( lucky my partner was a chiropractor) and was in fact two single beds pushed together but separated the moment any passion occurred meaning it was a complete passion killer.
If there was a decent, comfortable bed this apartment would be a winner :-(
