The apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the air conditioning and washer/dryer. The host, Stefano, is great! He was very responsive before and during our stay. We chose this location because it was very close to Europass Language School. Added pluses to the location are that it's on a quiet block; there's a fabulous little place for lunch across the street; the opera house on the same block; and being a short walk to any touristic or historic destination you might want to visit in Florence! We hope to return.

Excellent place to stay for 3-4 people in the heart of Florence! Very safe and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped apartment with very current renovations. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat or drink. Easy to walk to all main attractions. Florence has plenty to keep you entertained for at least a week especially if you take time to see the wineries and the countryside. We would easily stay here again. Thank you Stefano! Grazie mille!

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. We were 2 couples so the bedding arrangements were perfect and we all appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, everything was in working order and it’s convenient location. Florence is definitely a city in Italy not to be missed, and this place is conveniently located to making the most of your time in Florence. The apartment is situated very conveniently in Florence, it was very modern and clean, we were met on our arrival and given lots of information about Florence.I would certainly recommend this apartment and hopefully will stay here again.

The apartment is very modern and clean with all the amenities needed. Had a wonderful stay here and would stay again if we visit Italy in the future.

This apartment is located within walking distance to most everything you would like to see in Florence. The duomo is a couple of blocks away. My sister walked to/from the bus station (I wouldn't recommend, but she did and she is 47) There is a great coffee/wine shop across the street from the entrance of this apartment. Grocery items available just around the corner. All appliances are nice to have and the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need for a dinner in with family and/or friends. It is a very quiet apartment which is really nice! And it is well kept and very clean. We had a party of 4 ladies and had plenty of room. Stefano's brother met my sister at the apartment when she arrived to show her how the A/C (by the way there are two---NICE for the hot weather!) and the skylight worked. He could not have been any more friendly!

Good position and suited our 4 adults plus child. Very peaceful and quiet despite being in the centre.
