The Timoteo apartments are part of a three storey ancient building made up of 16 apartments renovated for the holidays and several rooms. You will find that the decor is modern and welcoming as well as antique tiled floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
You will be centrally located a few steps from the banks of the river Arno and from Piazzale Michelangelo, the best panoramic spot of Florence.
In the surroundings you will have restaurants and shops, you will be a short distance from the major cultural attractions of Florence that will take you back in time to both the medieval period and the wonderful period of the Renaissance.
As guests of the Timoteo Apartments you will share a beautiful garden , where occasionally some events are organized, and a nice terrace. This really represents a privilege since you will be in the heart of Florence.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The ceiling of the family room is vaulted. In this room you will find a smart TV. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include sofas and armchairs. The five dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the inner court through two French doors.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the inner yard of the building going down 16 steps. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
