A great loft, open space, in Via delle Oche behind Piazza del Duomo and a short walk from all the sights of the historic center of Florence, and tourists attractions, on the first floor with elevator in a beautiful historic building. This new apartment consists of: living room with a fully furnished kitchenette ( fridge, freezer, dishes washer, microwave etc...) , bedroom zone with large double bed and a huge window wall , bathroom with shower as well as attic storage room. The property has been completely and beautifully renovated and furnished. The loft is Very quiet and spacious. Heater and Air Conditioning and iron are available .

A supermarket is located right next to the entrance door , the ice cream shop Groom is a 3- minute walk away on the same street , the Duomo is just a road from the apartment, and Republic Square , Piazza della Signoria, Piazza San Lorenzo , Piazza Santa Croce and Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and the Accademia are just a few minutes walk away.

Interaction with guests:Â We (Samuel and Paolo) both live nearby and can get to the apartment within 10 minutes in case of any issue. Our job is to make your stay as relaxing and as perfect as possible.
Posizione centralissima (eravamo esattamente dietro il Duomo). Appartamento ben pulito e fornito del necessario (WiFi, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè a capsule, lavatrice e aria condizionata). Erano presenti prodotti detergenti per la cura della persona ed un welcome kit per mantenere pulita la cucina (ben fornita di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare). Ottimo aver trovato anche 2 bottigliette di acqua in frigo che ci hanno salvato! Qualche piccola accortezza come far trovare il divano letto preparato visto che era evidente che l'avremmo usato (tra l'altro mancava la federa per il cuscino) o mettere a disposizione una terza bottiglietta di acqua (noi eravamo in 3) però sarebbe stato un plus.

Amazing place!!!
My friend and i had an amazing time i really enjoyed my stay and will most certainly be a returning guest. It was in the perfect location. I would definitely recommend this to everyone! And most importantly the host was so hospitable and thoughtful he always answered texts and emails

Excellent location
Best location i've stayed at during my travel in tuscany. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities I could need. The host has welcomed me and he gave me lots of information about the city, he also gave me a map of florence that he made! I would definetely stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends. Keep up your great work!

About the neighborhood
You will be staying in the heart of the Florentine tourism. The apartment is in Via delle Oche which is 1 minute away from Piazza del Duomo and a short walk away from the historic center of Florence and touristic attractions such as Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza San Lorenzo, Piazza Della Republica. Ponte Vecchio, La Galleria degli Uffizi, La Galleria dell'Accademia, and the Museo Del Bargello are just few minutes away as well. In addition to that, bars, restaurants, gelato shops, shopping centers and top brand stores are all around and easily accessible.
Getting around
Since the apartment is in the centre of Florence, all attractions, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shoppings stores can be reached by walking. A map of florence will be provided during check in. It will have recommendations and helpful information. Mobike ,a smart bike share service, has been launched recently in Florence. You can download the application 'Mobike' on Apple and android ,find a bike, unlock it and enjoy the charming streets of Florence in a environmentally friendly way. If you wish to use your car, we have an agreement with a parking inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), Garage Del Bargello. Parking you car in this garage will allow you to drive inside the ZTL zone even if the red light is on. Any fine will be cancelled

From the main train station Santa Maria Novella
- By Taxi: 7,00 - 10,00 euro ( 5-7 minutes ).
- By Walking : Take the left exit from the platforms, and turn right through Piazza dell'Unità , then straight on Via Panzani till you face the Duomo (Cathedral). Looking at the main entrance of the Duomo, turn right through via Calzaiuoli, and take the 2nd left on to Via delle Oche. In about 300 meters you will find the number 1 blue on your right.
From the Airport:
- By Bus to the main station Santa Maria Novella. The bus stop is located on the right side at the exit of the Airport.
- By Taxi: 23 euro + 1,40 euro service + 1 euro for each luggage (15/20 minutes).
