Pros: Pietro, the owner, is an amazing person that will always make sure you feel the most confortable and will go out of his way to help you in any way. He recommended some amazing spots in Florence and was very accommodating. The apartment itself looks just like in the pictures. It is perfectly located in the best area of Florence, strategically located two steps away from the best gelato place 😋You really get the feeling of ''florentine life'' without the hoards of tourists (even though I myself am one). Easy check-in and check-out. Cons: During our time there (Sept 2021) two apartments right next to Pietro's were doing renovation work, so it was extremely loud during the days. (Pietro made sure they wouldn't start before 9 am to work so we could sleep). Overall, I would definitely recommend Pietro's apartment!

The location is walking distance to Florence and excellent restaurants and aminities on door step; avoiding central main city tourist traps and noise. The appartment is well equipped( modern bathroom, kitchen) and beautiful European character and spacious. A very nice host who goes out of way to accommodate our needs ( parking, meeting us and feel at home) and most helpful with local tips and recommendations. Most recommended.

Ottimo Appartamento situato in una posizione comoda e strategica per tutti gli spostamenti a piedi. Struttura ampia e comoda anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Pulitissima e ottima per 4 persone. Viviana e Pietro molto disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

De passage pour quatre nuits à Florence, nous avons réservé cet appartement qui a une véritable âme. Il est situé tout proche du centre ville, pas besoin de voiture de location car on fait tout à pieds de l'appartement. Par ailleurs, juste à côté il y a une place très vivante et fréquentée par les Florentins, on y mange très bien. Un Carrefour est juste à côté de l'appart, c'est très pratique pour les courses. L'appartement est grand, au RCH, parfaitement agencé et décoré avec un goût sûr, des matières nobles. La literie est réellement confortable, moi qui ai de gros problèmes de dos, j'ai grandement apprécié le matelas ! Pietro nous a accueilli comme si on étaient des amis, c'est très agréable. Il a été parfait et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour notre séjour.
