We are located in pedestrian zone, this means that you are not able to arrive by car exactly to our door on Corso Umberto 82. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Reservation: All reservations will have a written confirmation by VILAGOS APARTMENTS & LOFT TAORMINA. Payment in advance: Prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check what conditions apply to your preferred room. For non-refundable rates or special offers, note that payment be made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged without any option for refund. VILAGOS APARTMENTS & LOFT TAORMINA reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: Individual reservations may be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival date, the guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up. With a non-refundable rate, guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up. Local tax: ~ EUR 2,00- per person per night. This tax is not included in the room price. Parking area: As we are located in pedestrian zone and there is no possibility to arrive by car exactly to Corso Umberto 82, we are able to organize for you a parking place on Parcheggio Lumbi, Parcheggio Porta Catania (14 euro per car per night) or Parking Valet can pick up and deliver your car at the Porta Messina (25 euro per car per night). Children rate and extra beds: All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Supplements are not included in total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. 0 – 2,99 years of age: free of charge (crib could be provide upon the request). 3 – 11,99 years of age: EUR 30,- per night and not include any additional bedding. Additional fees are not included in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Check-In: From 2 p.m. Check-out: Before 11 a.m. Quiet hours: Guests must keep quiet between 23:00 and 08:00. Extended stay on the day of the departure with advance arrangements: Apartment until 3 p.m.: EUR 30,- / apartment Apartment until 6 p.m.: EUR 50,- / apartment Apartment after 6 p.m.: full apartment price Pets: Pets are not allowed. Cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, CartaSI Parties: Parties/Events are prohibited. The fine print Guests are required to show a photo of identification (Passport, Legal ID) and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subjects to availability and additional charges. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or any similar parties. Please inform VILAGOS APARTMENTS & LOFT TAORMINA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the apartment directly. Our contact details are provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should compensate on check-out if anything is damaged. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, after the inspection of the property.
