This apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to high standards in April 2018, it is located on the first floor of an eighteenth-century Baroque edifice, in one of Ortigia's architecturally richest streets, in the centre of the ancient city of Syracuse.(Sicily) With a window overlooking the largest eighteenth-century baroque palace, Palazzo Romeo-Bufardeci in Via della Maestranza, located just 300 meters from Syracuse Cathedral and a few steps from Solarium Neptune, where you can swim, enjoy the warm sun and a breathtaking view of Sicilian sea. Perfect location in Ortigia
Perfect location for a couple with easy access to everywhere in Ortigia. Fabio is very professional and took the time to show us everything in the apartment and to provide restaurant recommendations and things to see in Ortigia. He was kind enough to make a dinner res for us and also arranged valet pickup and car parking when we arrived and departed. Apartment was well equipped as well, with hair dryer, and laundry facilities. Quiet at night, but with a lovely small balcony to enjoy the street scene.

Wonderful place
We travelled around Sicily and this was our last stop. What a terrific surprise to find Ortigia and this lovely apartment in the middle of it all. Fabio is a delightful person with great enthusiasm and warmth and he was very helpful in giving us the key info about places to go, eat and drink. And park! Mille grazie Fabio!

Set in the heart of Ortigia - a wonderful place with excellent collection of shops, restaurants, local market, historical interest and sea swimming. This is a lovely appartment, clean, bright, spacious, well appointed and yet without erasing the feeling that you are staying somewhere with quite a history. Fabio is a lovely host, always available, with an excellent command of English and with many helpful hints on how to make the most of your stay. Highly recommended.

Centrale, moderno e curato
Struttura posta al centro di Ortigia (vicino la Giudecca), in un posizione molto comoda (vicino Piazza Duomo e con molti locali siti nelle immediate vicinanze). L'appartamento, molto ampio e pulito, è internamente ristrutturato, con un arredamento funzionale per le esigenze di chi è in vacanza. L'host Fabio è stato sempre disponibili, fornendo molte informazioni, sia al momento del check in che durante il soggiorno. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Appartamento bellissimo in antico palazzo storico, super accessoriato e confortevole in ottima posizione per apprezzare le bellezze di Ortigia. Fabio, il proprietario, è stato disponibilissimo ed attentissimo ad ogni nostra esigenza con suggerimenti preziosi per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo 💯

SOGGIORNO DA FAVOLA
INDIMENTICABILE è la parola che forse da più l'idea di cosa significa soggiornare in un palazzo storico completamente ristrutturato con gusto e con tutti i confort che servono per passare delle bellissime giornate. Noi siamo stati nell'appartamento Sandstone e i ns. amici nell'appartamento Marble ed entrambi sono bellissimi e curati nei minimi particolari. Se posso dire, dal vero sono ancora più belli che nelle foto. Fabio è un ottimo padrone di casa disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti e a suggerire delle soluzioni per qualsiasi tuo desiderio. Dai ristoranti, alle spiagge, al semplice arancino....Tutte le volte che l'ho chiamato ha sempre risposto a qualsiasi ora e sempre con la gentilezza e cordialità di chi fa le cose con amore e con passione. Abbiamo passato una settimana veramente a 5 stelle. Solo per menzionare alcuni confort, c'è l'aria condizionata, la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde, il wii fi, la lavanderia con la lavatrice, TV con soundbar anche per la musica etc. etc. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare presto perchè purtroppo una settimana è volata troppo in fretta. Grazie a Fabio ci siamo innamorati della Sicilia.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
After some research on internet we found Casa Fab in the center of Ortigia...Amazing appartement, very stylisch en and luxe.. Everything you need. The owner speaks fluent English (used to live in the UK over 20 years). With a lot of passion and love for his city he takes the time to tell you all the secret gems of Ortigia. 3 min walk from the beach. Tons of nice restaurants within 3 min walk.... It seems the sun is always shining in this part of Italy HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Peaceful and Perfect
I had a lovely stay at Casa Fab for 4 nights in June. The room had a private roof terrace which had the sun all day and was great for relaxing. The weather was over 30 degrees which is hotter than I am used to but the aircon in the room was perfect and completely silent so no trouble sleeping at night and no noise from outside. There was also a nespresso machine which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, just 5 mins walk to lots of lovely bars and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet side street across from a lovely church. Fabio was very welcoming and all communications were easy and swift. Can’t praise him and Casa Fab enough and I will definitely be returning in the future.
