About the neighborhood
The area, once considered rough, is now very fashionable and populated by professional of all ages. It is lively at all times, day and night. Litterally filled with monuments and sites, churches and piazzas, theatres and cafes, ancient markets, delis and shops (both old-style craftmanship and contemporary boutiques), bars and restaurants. The Garibaldi Gardens are down the road, the water front and the ancient port are at 5 minute easy walk, the Botanical Gardens at 12.

How to get there
Airport: 45 minutes by bus or car: 31.1 mi
Railway: 8 minutes walk: 0.6 mi
Ferry: 18 minutes walk: 1.6 mi
The Best way to get here from the airport is the Bus 'Prestia e Comande' to the Stazione Centrale. From there you should walk to via Roma, the main road in front of the facade of the station, then take the 7th right (on the left of LIDL), walk accross the fountain in the middle of Piazza Rivoluzione, into via Alessandro Paternostro and then take the 2nd right: via Lungarini. The palazzo is the third large one on the right, at number 60. If you prefere, you can also get a taxi (it must ask you 45 euros by law, if it asks for more let them know you are aware of the law), or a taxi share (not available at late hours). You can also book a trusted taxi or private driver in advance through us.
