This place and the host were amazing! Me and my partner stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay, it’s perfectly located near the Palermo town and only a short bus trip from Mondello beach. We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family. Thanks again for the amazing stay, we will be back soon.

Charmant petit appartement bien situé pour visiter Palerme et pour prendre les bus. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Vito qui nous a parfaitement conseillé et a été à notre écoute en cas de besoin durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons ce lieux sans problème.

Io e la mia fidanzata ci abbiamo passato un breve soggiorno di 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati splendidamente: appartamento al piano seminterrato ma non buio e con finestre che garantiscono areazione, pulitissimo e profumato, con tutto il necessario (lavatrice e detersivi compresi). Posizione perfetta, in una via tranquilla vicina al centro e a tre minuti a piedi dalla pasticceria Cappello (strepitosa per far colazione con i dolci tipici della tradizione palermitana). Vito, il proprietario, è stato super disponibile, consigliandoci anche spiagge e ristoranti ottimi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Consigliamo a tutti questa casetta nel cuore pulsante di Palermo. Personalmente ci ho vissuto per 1 mese e mezzo e sono stata benissimo, soprattutto per la posizione comodissima. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!

Que dire...un accueil parfait, Vito est une personne très agréable et accueillante ! Il prend du temps pour vous expliquer les visites à faire , les transports à prendre.. une belle personne Le logement est super , climatisé, propre , en plein centre.. En résumé c’est TOP !

Il soggiorno è stato a dir poco perfetto. La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro, tutto a portata di mano e i locali dell’appartamento erano puliti ed accoglienti. La zona è molto tranquilla e il proprietario, il signor Vito, è stato veramente gentile, ci ha subito consigliato cosa visitare e dato tutte le informazioni utili per goderci appieno la vacanza. Consigliatissimo, se tornerò a Palermo saprò sicuramente dove alloggiare.

Che dire, il Signor Favara una persona eccezionale, accogliente, disponibile e cortese. Comfort e benessere ....a pochi metri dal centro!!! A piedi da movida, ristoranti, boutiques prestigiose , farmacie e tanto altro!Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Non manca nulla. Grazie!🙂

I have stayed in this apartment for several times already and I choose it every time I visit Palermo. It has everything you need and more, is located in a very good area close to many sites of interest, the bus stop for Mondello beach and the airport. There is a supermarket open 24/24 nearby. The host is super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Palermo.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e completa di tutti i comfort, condizionatore,frigo, ferro da stiro, cucina e tant altro. Situata in un posto centrale, bello e strategico... Il personale lo stesso, il signor Vito persona squisita cordiale e disponibilissima...si merita il massimo dei voti sia la struttura che il personale...

The apartment is spacious , well decorated, fully equipped and centrally located in the best part of Palermo. The bus to and from the airport stops at the Politeama in front of Prada, just a short walk to the apartment. Palermo’s major thoroughfare, the Via della Libertà is just a few steps from the apartment and is lined with major names in fashion: Prada, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and many others. Although the apartment is in a quiet upscale residential area of Palermo, it is still only 2 blocks from the Politeama, a major transportation and activity hub of Palermo. Bakeries and cafes are plentiful in the neighborhood in every direction. McDonald’s is 3 blocks away if you need a burger fix. Numerous bus lines run through the Politeama to every part of the city, as well as the airport bus. Plenty of taxis are located at the Politeama as well. Buses to the train station are frequent and clearly marked ( Stazione Céntrale) Communication with the host is outstanding, usually responding to e-mails within minutes. A more pleasant and accommodating person is rarely found. My personal experience at Palermo Central Holiday is extensive. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks last year at Christmas time. This year we are here for a month in February escaping the New Jersey winter in the USA. We have already booked for 6 weeks for next winter. Needless to say, we recommend this place highly. There is no deception in the booking photos and list of amenities provided by the host. Great care and thought have gone into making this a pleasant and memorable experience whether for a short or long stay.
