The Quarter The location is great: the property is adjacent to the oratory of San Lorenzo, a jewel of master sculptor Giacomo Serpotta. A stone's throw from Piazza di S. Francesco - with the striking Gothic basilica and the famous "Antica Focacceria S. Francesco", point of excellence of street food in Palermo - and Piazza Marina. A ride in the surrounding area are within easy reach on foot the splendid Piazza Marina and the marina of La Cala, the famous historical markets - Capo, Ballarò and Vucciria - the Quattro Canti, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace with the Palatine Chapel, the Teatro Massimo and all the major monuments of the old Palermo. In close proximity to many restaurants and pizzerias, and a supermarket open 24 hours a day. The apartment is located in a peaceful, quiet street, but still within walking distance of must-see places of night life in Palermo.
