The house is located 500 meters from the center of Nunziata, which is a suburb of Mascali, situated down the hill near the coast. You can find basic necessities such as market, coffee shop, pharmacy, post office, in Nunziata. At about 5 km is the entrance autostrada motorway A18 Catania - Messina, which quickly connects you to Taormina, Catania, Syracuse and other locations in Eastern Sicily. One of the nearest beach is Marina di Cottone, which was seven times 'Blue Flag', which is a prize awarded to the resorts of the sea, that meet criteria relating to sustainable land management and clean sea.
