The high-class area of Catania Cliff is where we rent the house created for our moment of relax and privacy. Equipped with all the comfort, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms with terrace, small garden at the entrance, wifi, parquet in the whole house. What makes our house special is the spa in the floor -1: hydromassage, hammam with colour therapy and ceiling video projector. The house is on three levels, on the ground floorat the entrance a small garden equipped, during the summer season, with big cushions, table and drinks cabinet. Getting into the house you will have aliving of about 40 mq with bathroom and kitchen with utility room. As the house is inside a residence it is important to respect the common quitness, avoiding loude noise from 2 pm to 4 pm and after midnight. It is important to respect check in and c/out time; we grant total flexibility as long as everythins is set in advance with proper advice. It is not allowed to organize parties, meetings and so. Aboutthe garde, tents, cushions and tabel bar are provided only during summer season.

Très belle location

On vient de passer une très belle semaine dans cet appartement avec entrée privative sur belle terrasse et spa. Idéal pour décompresser, se reposer mais aussi bon point de départ pour nombreuses excursions. La propriétaire, très disponible, pourra vous donner des adresses pour visiter l'Etna et nombreuses autres activités.

The house is on the Catania Cliff, 5 km away from the city center and next to the typical Aci Castello and Aci Trezza village. We offer entrance at a special price in an excellent bath-house 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The area has many bars and restaurants. For all those who looks for nightlife there are discos at walking distance. The street the house is, is indicated for who loves to jog, a long road with a wide sidewalk that goes from Aci castello to Catania, all overlloking the Catania Cliff.

Getting around

In front of the house there is the bus stop for the lines 935 and 534 to Catania center and to Aci Trezza and Aci Castello.
