Villa
Beautiful villa 6 km from Olbia airport, located in a real calm and green context of 32 villas with their gardens. walking distance from the beach, 1000 sqm cultivated garden with grass lawn, olive trees and Mediterranean flowers and bushes. The villa has been restored two years ago with stone floors, modern and typical Sardinian forniture, a beautiful oak and steel equipped kitchen. Two fireplaces, air conditioning, healing. Two terraces and a patio.
There is a Kite surf center located on the beach close to the house, and a surf center ten minutes by car.
Very close to the property there are many beautiful beaches as Marina Maria, Li Cuncheddi, Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo.

Very nice stay in Sardinian
We were 2 Danish families, and we spent two amazing weeks in the house here in July. The house has a perfect location, it's about a 6 Km from the airport Olbia. There are many small beaches nearby, I would however recommend a car if you're planning to explore the Island a little more. Overall, I would highly recommend the house. We had a great time and hope to return. The house is near to everything, shopping, restaurant and a big center where you can buy all you need. The place is very local and the neighbor is very nice. There is a very little TV and there is also internet. There is also outdoor shower; this is so nice after a long day on the beach. When visit Sardinian, you have to go to Porto Servo. This is simple so fantastic, to see so many famous brand, place in this town. This is the place for the rich Italian people.
