Like the rest of residential Venice the property is not suitable for loud parties due to local by laws which restrict loud noise after 11 am at night. The check in and check out times are flexible if there are no other in coming and out coming bookings. A stunning apartment in the perfect location
We stayed for a week at the beginning of the year and had a wonderful time. The apartment is stylish, practical and has every modern amenity, and yet has managed to retain what one imagines to be the true spirit of classical Venice. The high beamed ceilings are stunning, the furnishings classy without being ornate, and the views (of a side canal and quiet square) will transport you back to when Venice was once the cultural and trading capital of Europe.
The other real delight is the location. It's the place where Venetians would stay - just far enough from from the touristy beat of St Mark's Square a short walk away, but very much in the middle of authentic local life with many lovely bars, restaurants and churches on your doorstep. Not for nothing does Donna Leon live right across the square.
It's very difficult to imagine how our stay could have been bettered, and we'll definitely be back.

The flat occupies the piano nobile of a beautifully situated Venetian house overlooking a canal and close to the enchanting Miracoli church and an excellent cross section of shops.It provides a very comfortable sejour for up to 8 people, attractively furnished and with a fine kitchen, all mod cons and plenty of space. We spent a splendid weekend in the flat and cannot imagine a nicer or more convenient place to stay for a visit to ever-delightful Venice

Beautifully appointed flat, perfect location.
The flat is furnished to the highest standard, conemporary and light with both modern Venetian glassware and wonderful antiques. Bathrooms and bedrooms are luxurious and modern with fabulous views over the little canal below to the church and square beyond. The location is perfect, just outside the rush of tourist Venice so that you get a sense of real Venetian life but close enough to walk to any of the main sites.

A perfect place to stay if you want to explore Venice
The location is perfect; the apartment very comfortable, and the view down onto the canal are very Venetian.
We liked it so much we went 2 years running.

Tapartment is a dream come true. Pure luxury.
The location perfect for sightseeing all the touristy areas and getting lost in the backstreets.Plenty of places to eat nearby. So all in all, the perfect place to stay in Venice.

A Perfect abode in a Perfect Location
As soon as I walked into this wonderful apartment it felt like home. The apartment is elegant and yet very cozy. Having a latte while sitting on the balcony overlooking the Miracoli church and the canal was unbelievably special. Reading the guide book while curled up on the sofa made me feel completely at home. Bathrooms and kitchen are designed in the latest Italian style, luxurious but functional. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances along with dishes and cutlery. And the bedrooms over not only excellent beds, but high quality pillows and linens. Nothing was spared in the furnishings of this lovely palazzo. The location is superb since one can easily walk to a myriad of sights. I could have stayed there forever and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing a very special abode in this very special city.

Venice at its very best
This is a beautifully restored appartment with a feel of old Venice and a fantastic view over the little canal to Ste Marie de Miracoli. Very comfortable indeed for two or three couples and a fantastic location for walking all over Venice. Great little bakery around the corner. We loved our stay.

A stunning apartment
We stayed at this apartment for a week last Easter. It is absolutely beautiful - perfectly appointed and very spacious (not true of many apartments in Venice). It sits right next to a canal with views of a charming square, just round the corner from the breathtaking Miracoli church. The main salon, with its original beamed ceiling is light, airy and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are extremely comfortable. Quite the nicest apartment we've seen in Venice.

Perfect stay in historic Venice
This apartment has the perfect location for exploring charming Venice. The apartment itself is worth the trip; you feel you are some hundred years back in history - but with this century''s comfort. Even if you have seen the promotion pictures you are amaced when arriving; it's highly above any expectations you had from home. The living room has an adventural atmosphere and the sleeping rooms with bathroooms are very delicate. The kitchen is modern with all eqipment you need for making finner at home. Close to apartment are a lot og good restaurants and Therese are only a few minutts walk to the vaporetto station.

A superb apartment
A truly wonderful apartment conveniently located close to the centre of Venice, but in an area quiet enough to be able to escape from the crowds.
A great base from which to explore the city and to relax and soak up the Venetian atmosphere.
