Beautiful apartment located on the 1st floor of a historic building entirely overlooking the Orseolo basin behind the” Palazzo Ducale” in Piazza San Marco. This basin was opened in 1863 with the specific purpose of creating a landing place for gondolas. The particularity of this apartment, it has a great location and all the rooms are facing the basin.
The apartment of about 50sqm consists of a hallway that leads to the living room with dining table and sofa and the fully equipped kitchen with every comfort from dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster .... and various kitchen tools. We have a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a windowed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The arch under the tower connects the square with the Mercerie, the main commercial artery of the city since the early days of the Republic, now home to luxury shops.
A few steps from the Ponte della Paglia, behind the Palazzo Ducale, you can also reach the famous Bridge of Sighs (Bridge of Sighs), beyond which begins the Castello districtautiful city of Venice.
Other places of historical and cultural interest are undoubtedly the magnificent La Fenice Theater (the main lyric theater in Venice, destroyed and rebuilt several times), the church of San Moisè and Palazzo Grassi, a prestigious venue for exhibitions.

How to get to the reception?
1) From Santa Lucia Train Station (Venice): once outside the train station turn right and go straight to the Constitution Bridge (Calatrava bridge). Once crossed the bridge turn immediately right to continue straight on till the ‘’Rampa Parisi’’. Go up the ramp : halfway on your left side you will find our reception entrance.
2) From Piazzale Roma : reach Constitution bridge WITHOUT CROSSING IT! take the street on your left continue up to the Parisi ramp. Go up the ramp : halfway on your left side you will find our reception entrance.
3) From Tronchetto continue to Piazzale Roma. Cross the street in front of the municipal garage, take ‘’Rampa Parisi’’ on your left and you will find the entrance to the Reception just at the beginning of the Parisi ramp.
