After parking our car in a large parking at the entrance of the city, we got onto a boat-bus for a +-30 minute ride. Once at the final stop, it took around 6 minutes by walk to get to the house. The owner was already there to welcome us (we called from the boat, as requested). She was very kind and answered all our questions. It was also possible to contact her anytime during our stay in case we had any other questions. The house is pretty large and recently renovated. 2 bathrooms (1 per level). We were 4 visitors (2 couples) and each couple slept in a large, closed bedroom on the 2nd floor. There was still room for 1 or 2 children per bedroom. We had almost everything we needed (enough towels for every visitor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, WiFi, TV, etc.).
If you plan on staying a few days and/or cook there, remember to bring *every* food items including salt and pepper, coffee, tea, spices or whatever since there is *nothing* in the cupboards except kitchen tools, utensils, large knives, plates, glasses, etc. Nothing else. We haven't found a coffee machine either but that turned out *not* being an issue since we preferred taking a 3 minute walk to get espressos (there are many places to get coffee within a 5 minute walk distance from the house).
In a nutshell, we were all very satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone, without hesitation. All communications were simple and clear and got prompt replies every time. If we eventually go back, we would definitely book at this place. Our experience was perfect!
